So last night, I had my second lucid dream, in this dream I attempt to fly, but then I wake up. Oddly when I'm lying in my bed, my legs are tingling for like 5 seconds, it's as if I'm SP but I'm clearly not. So I'm wondering if this is a normal thing after Lucids? This is curious as I was trying to fly but then woke up, and flying obviously includes your legs? |

Penny: So what do you say Sheldon, are we your X-men?
Sheldon: No, the X-men were named for the X in Charles Xavier. Since I am Sheldon Cooper, you will be, my C-men.
This happens to me for like, the whole day. :O |

The only thing I can think of is it's a hypnapompic hallucination--kind of like HH when you WILD, except when you wake up rather than fall asleep. It may happen after LDs because you're already very aware and conscious as you wake up, so you notice it instead of disregarding it. |

I think lucidity is only indirectly the cause. Being lucid and excited caused you to wake, which interrupted the normal sleep cycle. When you interrupt a sleep cycle, you're more likely to experience unusual lingering sensations or strange thoughts. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
Maybe your legs were just asleep |
