How did you figure out it was between REM and deep sleep? I always wake up after each dream. |

So when I tell myself to wake up after each dream, I recently figured out that I'm actually waking up in between REM and deep sleep cycles. And for some reason I figured that when I woke up, the next cycle would be deep sleep. So my question is, is it possible to wake up right before a REM cycle using autosuggestion? And also, is it possible to use autosuggestion to wake up after each dream and not just in between cycles? |

Ooh, their breath is warm
And they smell like sleep
And they say they take me home
Like poppies heavy with seed
They take me deeper and deeper
I'm like 99% sure because I feel amazing and not tired at all each time I wake up... No matter how early |

I don't know that Autosuggestion would help with this. It's more designed for helping with lucidity. |

I watched a vid that said if you wake up after a REM cycle you will not have as good of an attitude/mindset as if you were to wake up after a deep sleep cycle. Just thought I'd put that out there |

Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
I think you must do some research on sleep cycles and find an approximate time of your first REM. Then, when autosuggesting, think about that time (making correctin for the time you are going to fall asleep). |
