@Haeretic I know!! Sleeping in places that have a lot of light pollution make it difficult for me too! Glad you were able to have a lucid though! yayy!!

@djpatch999 Thats awesome! and yes, recall is definitely the first step towards lucidity.

btw.. i was noticing last night about the "point about 3 inches from your face" you may want to disregard that. perhaps its easier if you focus on a point that is 3 feet away. what is more important is to focus on a single point and not let your eyes wander around a lot. if you stray in thought or let your eyes wander, don't fret. just bring it back to the same point.
also, i forgot to mention something that may seem important. you might feel vibrations run along your body while doing this. this is totally normal and some people would tell you that it is "prana" (life force).. and its a good sign. don't pay to much attention to it. don't focus on it.. maybe just see it as a signpost on your path that you are on the right road.
