That's a good solid technique I can't say it will work for everybody because it is sort of like a toned down version of a tool you can already use. Ever heard of subliminal messages? This is sort of like liminal messages because it's not going to your subconious. And I once brought a sublimal lucid dreaming MP3 and well I'm not going to lie it didn't work the best. But this does have potential because I know some people who do a very simular thing. It's sort of like a external auto suggestion, if you know what I'm saying.
