I'm back! Again? Uhhh..
Wow, this is interesting. |

So basically, you're telling us to stop "pumping the gas at self-service island? To stop "applying our handbrakes"? Stop "firing the flesch musket"? Can't "box the bald champ" anymore? You know, it is really hard just to forget the "one-eyed-pirate" and get on with your life. |

Maybe erectile disfunction has its own rewards ? |

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

I think it's more about breaking out of your normal routine, sometimes that really helps with dreaming. |

Seems plausible, I've heard theories before about being masturbation-free giving you more energy during the day or whatever but never looked into much. Maybe that extra energy allows you to be more aware at night, or as FryingMan said it could just be routine change that did it. Personally I only do it maybe once a week now but don't really notice much of a difference with it as opposed to doing it more frequently, maybe it needs to be longer to have an effect. But I also wonder how this is with having sex instead of masturbating though because shouldn't it be the same concept if you're not ejaculating? I don't think I could give that up though, GF wouldn't be too happy about that. Maybe I will try at least abstaining from masturbating completely and see what that does though. |

Well, interesting for sharing this. I might try changing some habits, like beginning to eat more fruits ( specially apple ). |

I will,.....(reluctantly) box up the sex toys and put them in the garage for a spell. |
