If you can keep 15 times a day without a watch or other reminder, then you' re more than fine. Keep doing it and soon you'll be havind several LDs a week. One thing though: don't expect to LD every night. Most people just can't do it, no matter how hard they practice. I find that once or twice a week, if consistently, is a great pace. Also, when you stop practicing, your LD count will go down drastically.
Also, get these books: Laberge's "Exploring the world of lucid dreams" and "Tibetan yogas of dream and sleep", by Tenzin Rimpoche. Must have for serious LDers.
PM me if you need more info on them.
