How often do you dream of a foreign object in someone's body, especially in someone's mouth, LinkZelda? You mentioned things like stabbing, oral sex, some weird sex game, food, and so forth.

Just an observation... I have dreams of food or some object preventing me from speaking or breathing sometimes. I had one last night, it was "watermelon seeds", as well as some strange metal ring that had to be surgically removed (in the dream).

I've wondered whether the "stabbing" or "penetration" is all rather Freudian/sexual, or whether it's just something completely unrelated... for example, "my brain is telling me that I'm hungry, so I'm feeling an ache in my intestines."

LOL, you're right, it's like trying to look at an electron, you need light to see it, but the light chases it away at the speed of light.

Yes, he only was responsible for helping people out as a clinic to make them fit into a society (specifically Venice) that had prominent male and female roles set out, even if it meant teaching them to pretend they prefer a different sexuality, and changing his way of words to make it seem anything beyond heterosexuality was natural as well (to make them feel less guilty).

If it was ethical on his part? Not so much, and the fact that the study and polls he made were just limited to a specific culture isn't enough merit to assume it would be the same for other areas in the world. Especially with his theory, the mechanics behind it were useful for others to create a framework of their own, but the content itself would be a bunch of lulz0rs to modern day scientists.
