If you experienced it - can you describe the feeling of separation from the body? And what method are you using?
Do you still feel the physical body as you "go out"? Does gravity and heaviness of the physical body feel like a disturbance to you?

I recently started to learn OOBE. I'm listening to Robert Monroe's Hemi-Sync and he says that you should imagine yourself as a rolling log in the water (and floating). For a faint moment I felt that sensation and what he ment but I got too excited and overthought everything. I know that I shouldn't have any specific expectations and just practice but I'm looking for tips which may guide me a little. And I'm just curious about others experiences.

Bonus question, which goes also for WILDs I guess: My eyes doesn't want to stay closed during the process, is this because of not enough relaxation in this area? They're constantly moving and it's so distracting. Not to mention breathing problems but that's probably just the general anxiety.
