    1. Day one - Anapana Sati - Mindfulness meditation

      Today I started Anapana Sati meditation, as recommended by kadie. http://buddhist-meditation-technique...st-meditation/

      I will practice Anapana Sati, before I'm ready for Vipassana meditation.

      I did it for 15 min. I was starting to feel very relaxed and didn't want to end.

      I will really try to do it 2x a day, for 15 min, for first week. Then 30 min 2x for a week, then for an hour.
