Heh lol, was a pretty funny situation, just casually asking this random hot girl if she wants to have sex.

Haha, nice one! I love the "No one better steel my umbrella :/" XD

I've had the lingering pain before, I've had It happen with other sensations too.

Yes I was able to move but I just laid there and wasn't compelled in the slightest to do anything.

      Of course
      Just read those two articles:
http://www.dreamviews.com/attaining-...technique.html That's a really cool tutorial on how to perform MILD properly and effectively.
Here is a another one on how to get prepared for MILD: http://www.dreamviews.com/attaining-...ml#post1969437

Sooo basically you want to be able to remember things. So if you do MILD you usually use Mantras like "I notice that I am dreaming" (don't just copy a mantra but make up your own mantra that means something to you! ). So you want to be able to remember this intention while dreaming (that's why I posted the 2nd link because it explains how to become good at remembering things you have to do in the future).... Also you want to imagine your latest recalled dreams as detailed as possible and think about how it would be to become lucid while having this dream again.... Just really consider this thought of becoming lucid in your recalled dreams and also consider what you would do after becoming lucid.

I also found helpful to think things like "The next time I will encounter Dreamsign 1 (add one of your dreamsign), I will notice it and become lucid..." Do that with all your dreamsign before going to bed.
I hope I was able to help.

Are you trying out MILD and Autosuggestion? I perform other techniques as well, but I ALWAYS perform MILD before falling asleep as to have at least something constant and one Mantra I use frequently is "I remember my dreams" and this helped a lot. I usually have 4-7 dreams/night by now. Sometimes it's just 1-3 and sometimes it's 8-11, but those night are exceptions You should really try it out... I have not had one night without dreams after starting this.

Well, at least your dream recall was better than mine! I remember wanting to standardize fonts on DV in my dream. Bleh! Better luck to both of us next time.

Don't worry about it, recall takes some time to build and even then there are bad days. Something that has really helped me is telling myself "I remember my dreams" as I fall asleep. I also used to keep a little tag journal on the nightstand, when I'd wake up from a dream before I forgot I would write down a few main words and go over the plot in my head. Don't do it anymore but it was amazing when I did.

Even if you log "I don't recall my dreams now" It's still a log.

      Not of this type, Though:
