August 23rd 2013 - Focused on RRC during the day. I have been slacking off on my daytime practices and it has been showing.
11+ 410 At some function related to my #business with a #tall #sexy #Asian colleague. Another tall sexy Asian woman is there relating some mnemonic device that is supposedly commonly used to remember some rule related to the business. She stands close to me and I say that I always tease my colleague about how tall she is (false memory)...I guess I should tease you as well! I look at her face more closely and say "Damn you're gorgeous!" #boldness .. She really likes that and moves closer to me #flirting back. She calls someone on her cell phone and makes arrangements for us to go to some house together. Something about her kids who she's leaving behind tonight. We are now #driving to this house supposedly when she #disappears and some tracking device tracks her to...underneath the car! (I literally get goose bumps recollecting this detail while I write this during WBTB.) / let's take some pictures! #GirlFriday and her first pictures feature some under boob cleavage. I'm even so bold #boldness to touch the cleavage suggesting that I am semi lucid. I take some other pictures including a shot down from the top of her. / coach M and his wife A at some fundraiser giveaway event. I found them when I went inside the auditorium. There were other people there that I knew or I had a false memory of knowing. Possibly J's mom "J" - my son's old classmate's mom. I also have a bunch of stuff that I got from the giveaway and I see my eldest brother in law outside heading to his car with some stuff and I realize it's a good opportunity do not have to carry all this stuff. Someone like J comments on where am I going to put all that stuff in my house and I realize I have enough junk already. / *I wake up from the dream wishing that I had cut some of those details and became lucid but my dreaming mind threw me a little help in the next dream. I get a call from coach M it was featured at last dream and he asks me where I am. I tell him I'm on one of the main streets in the town where he lives and I am walking. I'm almost to such and such street. He says ok meet me in five minutes at the corner of X Street. When I get down to that intersection it becomes a dead end and it is not supposed to and at the same time I noticed there's a party at the house on the left and I can hear my friends voice, J from up north 90 minutes from here. I'm already suspicious and semi lucid to hear him here when I'm supposed to meet coach M. Logic tries to tell me that it may just be someone that sounds like J. So I look around in one of the rooms and sure enough there is sitting J. I say out loud this is a dream and he looks at me funny but I immediately start thinking about my goals. I remember reviewing DutchRaptors goals to test your lucidity and felt that the only ones that I hadn't tried specifically before were the week four goals. I thought about a future event and when I thought about this when I read the goals I couldn't think of any big events coming up even during the day! But then I thought of one. During the dream I thought of a completely different one coming up this coming Thursday. I named what it was (the one at 8:30am not 6pm). I've then thought about what I do during the day which was one of his other goals or tests. And I was able to name that exactly. I start losing the dream here. 193 But I think it may have just been the end of REM. / *earlier I had a super short lucid in which I was in a false awakening and I could hear my son making gasping sounds and I am running down the hall frantically looking for him to try to help him assuming he's choking or something. The scene goes dark on me and I realize that I'm dreaming and I calm down and realize that there's nothing to worry about, that my son should be just fine. I wake up. 192 / I have lots of dreamlets that go, on average, about 10 seconds each - full scenes and all and one of them feature
2 sexy Asian girls like in my first dream but not tall and these two are twins in matching black dresses. As you can see I like women from all over the world! My only type is feminine and sexy!

Quick notes 8/12 & 8/15 short LDs

8/15 I am in a community shower setting like in a gym and I see this short Asian woman little heavy set naked walking in front of me semi-lucid. I feel as if I become lucid as I step into a big shower room with lots of naked women various ages I only notice attractive ones but not sure if that's just my focus. I can feel my thing swinging between my thighs and I reach for it and it is a good size

8/9/14* something sexual in party setting? / parameters of video recording / rental house white paint maybe painted in here looks nice in day..not bright at night. / guy being dragged behind boat as punishment. Acquaintance calls out for him to be freed. / While experimenting with visualizing and taking control of HH's, I fall into a wild. What I at first only saw as an advanced dreamlet that would likely dematerialize, became more as I interacted with it or already was more. I was apparently standing outside perhaps in front of a restaurant or similar area where people would gather in front of and there's this group of people including this sexy woman in a gorgeous dress. It was skin tight with white and earth tones in it with the different colors in blocks on a solid white base. Most of the earth tone colors were horizonal blocks around the midsection and bottom of the dress and there were two vertical blocks over the thighs that were see through revealing her beautiful thighs. Idecide to take action in what I think is a still a dreamlet. I say something complimentary about her and her dress.<<DC interact>> She takes my hand and urges me towards the town car that she apparently came in. As we both climb in the visuals become more ethereal with only flashes of light here and there as we have sex it feels like we are both in space floating weightless and moving together as one in a wonderful moment of ecstasy! This continues for a while until I wake up. Maybe 3-4 minutes total. Wow!!! 188

8/10/14* narrator: gruesome scene but also surreal scene. He used a hammer. / keep paperwork? From time we went to hospital to show hardship. False memory. / thank you bro-law E..for picking me up? Giving me a ride? / normal sport not in normal position, not tired at all. Losing my normal position? At half-time go into school see sexy woman and think if dream I would take action (like I was thinking during wbtb visualization), wake / penises on TV, all different, wife sees and giggles, for some reason I worry during dream that wife may be imagining another man during sex. / on phone with MB, us as witness for lawyer for her divorce case / at school for event, auditorium doors open part way by themselves. I peek in and it is dark and ominous. I take off down hall...Should I Fly?!!! this is a dream! Go for Step3 to the TOTY (sleeping beauty who was also was going to be transformed to Scarlett for my personal goal but I didn't get far at all)...Look for exit...doors locked...I bust through like Superman. I fly super fast up toward "fantasyland" as imagined...maybe 25 seconds and I stop, thinking this is far enough. While deciding whether to step out or fall back,to get into fantasyland, I wake. 189 / JD from 90 minutes North of here brings a baby & small girl...just dropping them off can't stay (ex coming?) I carry baby...big! Pantsless so I go to bathroom find swim trunks. More people coming for a party...swim trunks are embarrassing. Day residue or like baby the other night, also big. Use baby for baby new year in parade. Baby teetering...falls but falls well so he's unhurt. I try to break his fall and miss - too late, and pick him up. Cute woman washing dishes and moving butt sexily (visualization residue for girl friday) I say don't do that...implying provocative. Camera. / I slept too long and still try an afternoon nap before end of competition to try to get more points knowing that the last two nights will not add up to a whole lot of points. Was able to get HH's and interact some but eventually just knock out for the nap.

Tonight I took a break from goals and I feel like that paid dividends!..explanation at the end...

11 355am Being chased by a big Ebola virus caricature. He shows up in several locations. Oh no not Ebola again!?? This time in dark house with fireplace going. Previously in another house. Didn't feel particularly scared. Explanation that if he shows up more than 18% of the time, you have the virus? He was like a big long dreadlocks wig standing maybe over 6 feet tall. Weird day residue from the Ebola virus news story. / I am looking up at constellations in the sky and notice one is particularly bright. I point it out to someone and all the sudden it looks very normal no longer super bright and I realize that I'm dreaming. When I first saw it it was like almost as bright as the moon. It was mostly semi circular in shape. I haven't had one of these night sky based DILDs in a while and was excited to see this. Took a walk last night during sunset and could already see some beautiful stars and the moon and afterwards watched two tv shows about space on the
Science Channel. Anyway, I flew up into the sky wanting to head closer to the constellation but, I started experiencing strong vibrations...possibly day residue from reading Sensei's dream journal. I play with the vibrations trying different levels of softly or more aggressively clenching my eyes to check the effect and I start to see a scene form but I lose it and wake up. / I travel through two big rectangular levels of what seems most like an apartment building. I pass many different DC's. In one area on the first floor near where I started there's a party going on that seems somewhat Mardi Gras themed. I give a few head nods to the party goers as we pass. I am with my wife and son. I get down to the end of that hall coming down towards the next level and there is another party going on mostly younger crowd than the previous one. As I am observing the second group I notice my son and wife has left but I retraced my steps and find them and get mad at
them for leaving me back there not telling me that they were walking away. / there's an appointment before 5pm Wednesday that I need to make for a side gig that is in conflict with my work schedule. / I am in this club-like or party setting and there is some kind of neon sculpture on the wall of a woman's butt. I think about the earlier party dream and the connection between the two seems to be what makes me lucid. I go down to the right and then right again into a little wing of this club or whatever it is and there is this beautiful petite thin black woman sitting between two big black guys. At first I ignore them but then I decided it's a great way to test or prove my level of lucidity to myself and strengthen it...and it's better not to have any interference from any unfriendly DC's. I say something like hey you don't mind if I borrow her for a moment (more like a Jedi mind trick statement...not a question). Cool! I reach over and give a handshake (dc interact) to the big guy on the right. She gets up and approaches me and I asked her to remove her top. She was wearing a bikini-like top and she revealed beautiful smallish perky breasts. I whip off both her bottom piece and my clothes in one TK swoop of my hands as if the clothes were never there. I lift her up and she wraps her legs around me, with me inserted inside of her. I walk around the club lifting her body up and down occasionally on my (ahem) enjoying this awesome scene for a while. I just remembered this detail > I see another woman, maybe latino, with large breasts and I ask her to remove her top and as she does I see man boobs and look up and she is now a chubby black guy. I poke at his man boobs and joke with him in a friendly way. < I walk back towards where I first entered and over to my left is a different wing that looks like a bedroom. I approach it and there is another beautiful woman inside slouching on a bed and the first woman has disappeared off of me. I approach the second woman she has dark hair , she is white and wearing pink lingerie. The bed coverings are also in silky pink. I lay down on the bed and gently start making out with her then straight to intercourse for a little while before
waking up...I think for real. / I doze back off doing some mental recall but wake into a false awakening and my wife and son is there and I start to tell them about becoming lucid but then I remember that they don't like the idea of "messing with dreams" like that (memory was slow to catch up and I am not lucid). I instead told them about the dream regarding the appointment before 5pm since it is fairly ordinary and it shouldn't take any offense to me remembering an ordinary dream! The transition after the above is not clear in my memory, it must have either another FA or a transition within that last scene but I saw the woman from the bedroom in the earlier dream and instantly knew I was dreaming again! I walked over to her as she was walking away into a hallway and I caught up with her. We started making out they're in the hallway end another blonde woman who was apparently her sister comes out of the bedroom and I start kissing her as well! We are making out (dc interact) in the hall and they start inching me towards the bathroom. For once the DC's are taking charge and I don't mind! We get into the bathroom and it seems as if their idea was for some privacy and I think for a moment about closing the door behind us but remind myself that there is no need, this is all a dream. They both go down and my pants and underwear are gone and they both started going at my (ahem) and I am just looking down fascinated at the realism and highly enjoying the two of them who both seem very skilled! I wake up smiling ear to ear and after trying to go back in, I roll over and pulled out my hidden paper dream journal to write down a few quick notes so that I don't forget any details. After some quick notes I experiment with getting to sleep quickly using two short (combined senses) SSILD cycles that take no more than about 5-7 seconds. I do quickly get to either advanced dreamlets or the beginnings of dreams that I seem to be scaring away
being a little too alert. This night I was reminded of my other theory that I was experimenting with two nights ago but forgot to log that basically says that if you maintain awareness into HI's and then go to sleep then you are more likely to have a DILD. That has probably been said before but much of this process is all about discovering things for yourself. 185-187

I was considering what to do about my extended RC's specifically for the competition having become so rote. During my RC's I invoke the feeling of becoming lucid, slow myself down and then run through my goals for the competition. I had been doing this since maybe the 2nd or 3rd night and I had a long list of items to complete. I completed roughly half of the ones I had worked out ahead of time quite a number of nights back while lucid. After that I just worked on the 2nd half of my goals during the extended RC's during the day...but since the last half was the same as it had always been, it felt worn out and tired so yesterday I decided to just focus on doing anything fun for my next lucid. I think this made me more excited about getting lucid and resulted in a very fun triple!

Hitting every other night for my previous 4 lucid nights! The first DILD this night was fairly short and the second DILD even shorter. Still fun!

8/5/14 **1115 5am(wbtb) at bank with D (crayfish guy). Help figure out how much deposit or withdrawal. / train travel time altogether versus? / I see old co-worker R in our employee gym working out. I greet him and ask him how he's doing. I wake up and think that should have made me lucid since he no longer works there. One of several mini awakenings as my wife gets ready for the day. I tell myself to watch out for several dream signs including being at the office again. / I am at the office again but I don't catch it right away. I'm sitting in an office chair and I spin on it and I believe the feeling of the spin makes me suspicious that I'm dreaming (or I already was suspicious or semi-lucid) and I spin some more and it is a lot of fun. I just keep spinning and spinning on the chair. I worried for a moment that I could be at work looking like a fool spinning like that and I decide that I will just float up and erase any doubt that I'm dreaming. I float up and enjoy the feeling and decide I might as well float on out of the building and I float on up through several stories floor by floor (fully phase) seeing different people. Some sexy women and I think about stopping but I just keep going and when I exit the top of the building I wake up. / I am looking at a Dreamviews dream journal posting by StephL and reading that she had two lucid dreams last night the first one was short again and she use the word poo, as in poo on another short one. Her second one was longer and one of the two dreams had something to do with driving or going somewhere when she realized that she was dreaming. I haven't looked at Dreamviews since last night so it would be cool if it was true that she had two, but even better if she had two longer ones. another mini awakening... / I am in some room. my wife is getting ready and I am sitting on the edge of a bed or couch and a small dark gray cat walks up to me down by my feet I reach down and start petting it. Wait a minute. I don't have a cat. I'm dreaming again! The cat is friendly nudging his head towards my hands as I continue petting it(dc interact).I wake. I had some other shorter dreams that I forgot.

I think I will use StephL's method to bold competition points so that it is easier for me to add them up.

8/3/14** pre-bed lazily ask my subconscious to look out for any of my dreams signs and I guess one dream sign was part of my first LD and quite a few dream signs were part of my second LD. Several theories worked on tonight: startle induced, clenched eyes vibrations telling me how close I am to sleep, sex IWL and LDs, more simple dream sign alertness. / touring a home converted from a funeral home (casket showcase area looked odd converted - like two odd wings near the entrance. we hurry through like Halloween maze. I joke that I saw something move...then there was...was security in few spots. Last room had a line to next section or home maybe 15 people not bad. / price of corn syrup at a big discount (political/economic/health statement?) / ~30 minute wbtb.. DILD#1 someone won a lot of money and gave me a stack of money(money/treasure dream sign). I look the gift horse in the mouth and this seems to be a good thing for catching signs that you are dreaming. I flip through it and see not all big bills like top one. $300 total I seem to determine. I see a $30 bill! (no such thing in US currency) Aha! I'm dreaming. I will explore this. One bill changes the color picture scene (no unlike NZ dollars) on it each time I look at it, very cool (could possibly fit the photoshop TOTM - BUT not specifically thinking of that). One was a mountain scene, another a forest scene, and then a futuristic city scene. Then I look at signatures that show on US currency. Wife's maiden name was part of name, first name Robert I think, not far from her father's name. I look again...completely different name and it is harder to read and in cursive and I wonder for a second if it is one of the actual names that shows on US currency. Very cool, but goal time! But I get an FA where I am crawling to foot of my bed where phone is charging to record dream but then wake for real. / shorter wbtb the 2nd time, back to sleep with mantra. Too long, shorten it to "vivid..... lucid"...lots of old houses try to find right one (that is our home). Armless monkey looked to be hanging from a poll thingy but closer examination reveals wood carved arms and hands and the monkey attached some other way. he bites me kind of hard and is now loose on the ground.. Warn the monkey that I will have to hurt it if it does that again. Also around house is a temperature box that maintains hot or cold either way - 2 pizzas inside..feel heat from it (I used to have a tiny mini-fridge that also doubled as a food warmer, so there is such a thing). / 2 section amusement park. Sit and wait for a group of four to leave so we can enter the other section (done when full/busy). Lady/worker says you can go in now...stuck in crowded midway area. Watch (son) so he doesn't get crushed. He's younger? / D back already? hmm.. crayfish / dild 2: dreams signs: taking wrong turn/driving, vehicle out of control, parking lot, boldness, security or police, on trip. Although I only got two steps of my longer plan done I was able to mix in some other points. I had planned to also get to step 3 and an attempt at a task of the year and my personal goal (those last two are planned to transition smoothly and quickly between) if I had an epic long LD. But pretty darn good and my best night of the competition so far. Hopefully not too late to get going here. Driving with son in a truck. We take a wrong turn and the truck is going fast and a little bit out of control and my son is concerned. I am NOT concerned and I feel as if I'm already semi lucid at this point, possibly due to a couple of dream signs showing up already. The road becomes a parking lot without driving the truck into the parking lot. The road leads incredulously to some stairs into the mall and I am bold and drive right on down the stairs realizing completely that I'm dreaming now. We get to the bottom of the stairs and get out of the truck and there is a security guard or mall cop and I use my trusty pocket watch to freeze time (&step 1 and Lucid challenge) on him. (I have only used it once before to freeze time specifically but I say I "trusty" because I try to use it to stabilize my dream from the beginning and almost always use it at the beginning of my extended RCs in waking life practice.) I examine the guard a little bit and his uniform looks a little cartoonish and unrealistic. My son says what if you get arrested? I say no worries this is my dream I can make sure I do not get caught but then I start thinking that I guess it is possible to get caught in a lucid dream. It could cause some challenges and I would just have to escape. Sure enough handcuffs appeared on my wrists. My hands are out in front of me. I blast my wrists apart from each other in a feat of super strength and I feel exhilarated! I fly up in this mall and decide to do step 2&mass telekinesis. My first attempt moved a few things rolling forward like a good gust of wind pushing them but not impressive. So I reached back and pushed my hands out in a big shoving motion down towards floor and many things(trash can, stroller, unidentified items) and the entire floor were slammed forward revealing dirt below. The scene goes dark and I remain patient like I have been doing lately. I feel myself laying back in bed but it still feels quite dreamlike and I remain still and patient and I hear couple of knocks to the left of my bed. I decide to do the glottal motionless RC. It is not conclusive it sounds kind of like what it would sound like in waking life if I am not doing it properly. I do the one where I clench my eyes, normally to nudge on the vibrations, and the vibrations are strong which I take to indicate that I'm still quite firmly in dreamland. And my wife starts to move but I assume that it is part of my common false awakenings. I roll over and I can feel that I'm still dreaming and fool around with my wife a little bit . I then start to wake up for real at least partially I think. Perhaps mostly awake this time but I do the clenched eyes again and the vibrations are much lighter but still noticeable like I have found many times when I'm starting to wake up or at the early stages of going to sleep. I find this fascinating and feel as if I discovered an important factor within my transition in and out of dreamland. I will have to experiment some more but basically after a while trying to go back into a dream my bladder got the best of me and I had to get up to urinate and when I came back and lay down I couldn't get any light vibrations at all from clenching my eyes softly or mentally, seeming to confirm that this is a way to indicate closeness to sleep along with heavy vibrations indicating fully asleep or at least at the doorstep of REM sleep. I think that I read someone else mentioning something very similar here on DV.

8/1/14 restaurant with a spinning ride. Trying to cut through to restroom I plan to go through ride platform but end up riding with BrM from work and barely hanging on with just my hands. First try to go through exit door and I'm stopped by waitress. / pro baseball game. Great pitcher won it for other team. I'm on field afterwards. Baseball again..? / I feel like I was not that far off from forgetting this one too: I become lucid when I am at a party in a cafeteria setting that seems to be in (a particular foreign country I will leave out for now because of the tie in to FryingMan). I see "A", daughter of M who lives about 90 minutes north and I realize it would be very odd for her to be in this country at the same time as me and that it is a dream. Everyone is speaking the national language it seems and I try to think of a phrase that FryingMan said before so I could see what their reaction would be. I am also wondering if a DC of him might have been there. I just talk to the daughter that I know telling her that this is a dream and she looked on like she was listening but not surprised or anything. There are two long tables that I go to in this cafeteria like setting, probably residue from the party I attended few days ago. I walk up to this other table with about 6 people at it. The previous table had maybe 8 people. I was trying to think of some foreign phrase to say to the people sitting there but decided to move on and went out through the exit and into a hallway and got down to the end of the hallway and the dream went dark. I remained patient and focused stabilizing the dream and soon the visuals came back up and it seemed like I was in the same hall. I decide to go back the other way and I could hear a party going on in another door to my left and I decided to check it out and it was definitely a different party. They had disco lights going with some people dancing but mostly standing around and this time it was a very diverse crowd. People of all colors. I thought about going in there but decided to go continue down the hall and was just relishing the vividness of this dream. It started to fade again but this time I found myself fading back to bed. Probably the end of my REM cycle. 180


Some notes from Night 4 where I think I got lucid but I am not sure...ugh:

7/31 11pm, 5am violent shooting scene day residue from "Shoot'em Up" movie opening sequence before bed. Mole steps out of compound to save himself. Another guy is drawn out and blinded by bright spotlight. And shot with high powered machine gun in slow motion from midsection to head with bullet after bullet tearing through his head. I slowly peel my eyes away from this scene. Survivor going through multiple surgeries is tough as nails but also affected mentally - in one scene looks in shock. /Poor recall lately. As mentioned on the competition thread... I think I became lucid noticing that I was downtown just like I told myself to watch out for as a dream sign because of train sounds. Earlier I remember riding the train and getting on the wrong train just a minute early...just a minute before my actual train came. I was trying to look out the train window to see which destination I was heading to instead but the destination was illegible. There was at least one false awakening where my wife is getting ready and I can see her naked. I remember trying to go back into the dream (I think from the beginning of the (first?) false awakening) and having vibrations. I was so happy to see the vibrations back but I think it was all in dream (maybe it always is).

7/30 11-130 dream related to dream tracking and DJ / discussing how I will use alarm app with developer and when starting / beach town & hills / 4-430 wbtb LD! Office rolling stool - I am pushing this short rectangular stool on its rollers around some office halls. A lady is rolling her chair as well ahead of me but is a little bit slow and I make a move to go around her. The direction I went was a little bit of a long way so I have to speed up to make it worth it haha. At some point I realize that I'm making it hard on myself pushing this short stool around and I just pick it up and it is quite light. There's this beautiful brunette lady that tells me to grab one of these other kinds of chairs as well. I ask her if she is here to help me get set up in my office. I look closely at her face and feeling bold I tell her that her eyes are beautiful and I have one of my boldness initiated lucids that I was having commonly a few months back and I was reading about in my dream journal last night when I was looking to see thedifferent things I did when I would hit a little dry streak. Anyway, I told her this is a dream and you and I can have sex right here in the middle of the office all right now. I realize that I should be doing my first step for the competition and I'm trying to remember what it is and I finally think of mass telekinesis even though that was actually step 2. I feel the dream going dark not unlike the void but I don't think it was a DEILD and I just remain patient to stabilize and the sounds start coming back up and it sounds like I'm in the same place with lots of people around talking but when I look up expecting to see the beautiful brunette I get sidetracked and I get ready to pull my junk out and I look up and see my nephew and leave my junk covered. I think about doing one of my challenges to lucidity but decided to move on and went around the corner. I saw a black haired guy and thought maybe I can change him into the beautiful brunette in the hall (inspired by CanisLucidus' technique to summon Dreamer). I did my circular hand movement in front of his face that I planned to do for another task - not unlike a wizard or witch might do - and I get changes with each try. The first two times he just looks like a different guy but the third time he looks like a cute if somewhat tomboyish brunette girl with short hair. I hope this counts for some points because I didn't get many points going here. I start to refocus on my competition goals but perhaps I should have kept doing something at the same time because I fade gently back to bed and thought maybe I could re-enter the dream but I found myself fully waking up and ended up having to get up after running through the dream in my head to lock it into memory just in case. / record player playing a recording of something that I didn't want played related to a mistake at work. I was trying to carefully move the record needle to a different place on the record but the lever that you would normally put your finger on was very small and it was difficult to pick it up for fear of scratching the record. / ~645 sex with AB - I'm in an upstairs bedroom talking to AB from work and as I walk out of the room and start heading down the stairs I realize that she was looking at me in a flirty way...I'm dreaming...I decided to go back up the stairs into the room and she had already removed all her clothes. I asked her if she was touching with herself and she bashfully said yes. I reach down there and she is moist. We fool around quite a bit and I am getting ready to stick it in her mouth when I wake up. Possibly a false awakening as I don't remember doing an RC before going into my next dream. / dream discussing an idea for dehydrating then reconstitute for easier delivery (nothing related to my field of work).

Clearly I am letting sex get in the way of my plan for getting some points in the competition. Recall is improved with some lucids in between.

This is a semi-lucid I'd say...quite fun and vivid...from a few nights ago (not during competition). I was going to save it to tag in my next LD DJ entry but it seems to deserve it's own space anyway.

7/26/14 I have roommates and one of them is a woman or a woman is over and she goes to take a shower and leaves the bathroom door wide open. I go in there planning to check her out if I take some pictures I can see her naked body move past the doorway and I set up and feel kind of heavy. I end up laying down on the floor and she comes out and catches me in the bathroom with her but she kind laughs it off. seeing her demeanor I decide to be more bold and I ask her if I can take some pictures of her and she says no but smiles and I caress her naked body and tell her how beautiful and sexy she is. It seems like I suggest that we should make love. I don't remember the transition. At some point we are walking outside towards her real house but now she is a guy. After walking away as she turns around she's wondering if she passed her house and I am wondering how it is that she could forget where her house is. I asked her wasn't that your house while you were
taking a shower and she says no I just took a shower there because it's more comfortable the one at my house is something I can't remember what she said. At some point we hop on a train that i estimate that we ride for about 10 minutes at night all riding on top of the train I see a jet come down at a sharp angle and I am amazed and pointed it out. When we get off the Train I seem to have the understanding that we are in the eastern part of Los Angeles. I tell him this is a bad part of town so be careful. We walk past and in between some people that look homeless hanging out on the side of the street but make it through okay. Also when we hopped off the train we landed right behind it and I was worried it may go back the other way and if it starts rolling right away we gotta get out of the way. I even suggested maybe we should get back on the train in case it takes us back. I also did math during the dream suggesting that we were probably travelling at
about 50 miles per hour on the train for about 10 minutes so I said 50 miles per hour divided by 60 minutes in an hour would put it somewhere close to 10 miles away or slightly less although it seemed like in the dream maybe it was a 20 minute train ride and I was estimating close to 20 miles away. We talked about whether or not it would be worth getting a taxi. Third person said some taxis will take us that far, some will not. Then I guess we are in Las Vegas instead and three of us now decided we can have fun in Las Vegas now since we're going to go there later anyway. We thought there are lots of fun things we could do full of debauchery. We go to some kind of gentleman's club where you get a wristband for entry. You go up into this tunnel entrance where you go into the main club with an announcement kind of like when basketball players come through the tunnel at an NBA game with lights and a big announcement and everything. We seem to be on a moving
walkway and there are beautiful performer women all around. One looks kind of young she is in a bikini. I comment to the other guys she doesn't look like she could be more than 14! One of the guys says ewww (gross). We go down to the floor of the club and there doesn't seem to be a lot of people yet, maybe too early in the evening. One of the guys decides to go out through the exit so we can go back through that fancy entrance again. One of the security or bouncers looks at us funny as we go out through the exit. As it go back up into the entrance it looks like they recognized us as the guys that just came through. Been on a separate entrance and then there is some kind of different announcement like we've been discovered going back through the entrance again. Instead of slow-moving trip through that tunnel with all of the fanfare instead descendants through 1 at a time and the ramp drops off steeply to where we slide down to the Club floor 1 at a time.
Wen i get to the bottom I play it off instead of being embarrassed we're trying not to look embarrassed I start jumping really high. I am jumping up very high notes lot of fun and I am hitting the ceiling tiles a couple of times. Then we make a way out the tub again I think because we had to and I was trailing behind a little bit first two guys get gathered up by the exit and they're doing something with the wristbands living the wristbands on but putting like taper around it and marking the wristbands so we can't use them to come back in anymore. But they seem to have forgotten about me and I make my way towards the exit past several guys don't look at me like they are not sure if I'm one of three. Wen i get to exit one guy asks who are you with and I kind of motions at myself like oh just me here by myself. I asked him if there is any places to eat nearby or he suggests Round Table Pizza. I cross the street and there is this light skinned black woman
with a cute baby in her arms. (She reminds me of the baby I saw last night at the grocery store IWL.) the pizza place looks like it has just now been closed up as a woman is coming out of the door and turning the keys to lock the door. I continue down to my left an area that looks more like a European town. Down a set of stairs looks like kind of the food court and all the places are closed there are maybe 6 to 8 places to eat, all closed. But I hear some arcade sounds and I see a door open. I think for a moment about calling my two friends I got separated from on the phone but I dismiss it for some reason. I look down into the Arcade it's kind of dark and I dont see anyone inside I look back out the entrance and back down and something makes me think of a dream or that this is a dreamlike scenario but I don't recall coming to the exact conclusion that I'm dreaming. Anyway I go down into the Arcade and there is
this wonderful large contraption but its like a huge mechanical mermaid and it is on in a swimming motion like a fish or mermaid. There are curtains around it & I go up and down the length of it checking it out. The room ends towards the head of the mermaid and I go back the other way and I am fascinated by this contraption that I guess is some kind of old mechanical arcade item that you to put in a few quarters to watch it go. I head down towards the tail and there's another door in a dark hallway with lots of curtains. I decide not to go down that way. When it's time to go out of the Arcade it was like the arcade was down some stairs but instead of going up the stairs I find myself climbing out of the arcade and having trouble climbing over the mermaid machine. I woke up while crawling out.

I was dealing with an intruder trying to follow me into my house I'm trying to lock him out I must have got rid of him. I was having trouble locking the door and turned around and I caught someone inside my house across in an adjoining room, perhaps the dining room. As I called out at him I noticed I could not speak and then my voice was coming out really slow like slow motion and I realized that I was dreaming. I tried to talk some more before the dream ended...probably the end of my REM cycle. 177

On a trip. At mall. Sears. Make my way past miscellaneous stores; overall path is a D shape with the curve being the mall and the straight line is the parking lot and my way back to point A from point B. Big movie theater with areas to sit and a huge ramp-like area to watch from with people laying and/or sleeping on it. Sealed door exit from the theater. But a guy comes in through sealed door. I can go out then and I do. This looks like way back to my car. Somewhere in here I'm thinking that I haven't gotten a hotel yet. I can use my phone to search for hotel deals. Walking in parking lot I see my wife's cousin N with his nice convertible. This has to be a dream to run into you here out of town! Yup! I do some of my I know I'm a lucid challenges basically bragging but it's great for confidence...I say to him, hey can I have sex with ( his wife's name). "It would be like" and I make the motions as if his wife is laid out on the hood of his convertible. I say you could have sex with (insert my wife's name). This was somehow much more fun than it sounds and just acting it out around the hood of his car felt a lot like doing it. I think: Down to goals! I think I want to do the planet one next. I considered doing it with the elevator one but no
elevator around right now so just decide to fly up into space - way up and it gets dark I can't see anything but I stay calm fly up some more and then decide that I will just freefall until I hit a planet. (Note: It is my dream, I can make that work no matter how improbable IWL, LOL! In the dream I only thought that I can make this work. I didn't even go there with thinking about it being improbable IWL.) I simulate to myself a soft landing and I get it...I basically just find myself on solid ground as if I floated there like a feather. I can see through kind of a window or space into this other room or void (this is probably the dream reforming the environment after the void and free fall) and there are green rocks that have a lot of straight lines kind of like blocks thrown together creating odd shaped rocks, not unlike crystal formations. I cross through and there is big huge rocky formation that looks like it has teeth. I studied for a moment so that I can remember it later. The teeth are jagged kind of like sharks teeth. But the rest of it is not really shaped like creature really more like a big rock. I look around the room or space and there is another set of different shaped items that I come back to later but two of the items are shaped kind of like elongated travel chests. I could
see something move off in the corner of the room the distance but when I look over there there's nothing. I walked over that way and I say "I come in peace" while holding up my right hand while kind of laughing to myself . I am creating my own cheesy 50's Alien movie here I think to myself. He comes back out. It is very difficult to describe what he looks like but he is a short creature maybe 2 feet tall . As for something you would find on the earth, he is most like an octopus perhaps but the base that he walks around on is a little more rectangular shaped than circular like an octopus. He has a bit of a goofy friendly face and is kind of a grayish bluish color. I try a line from one of my previous lucid dreams and I say "bring me one of your hottest alien women." A doll looking thing comes down from above on a rope. It becomes more and more lifelike, and more human woman like as this plays out. The rope is around her and slipping up and down her body pulling up her white nightgown and revealing her naked body. It is strangely erotic. I will
leave out the rest of the sexual stuff with her but I may share by PM if requested. This space looks a lot like a big house. I decide to go back to look and kind of draw out all of the items on a sketch pad that I summon to help me remember this dreamscape, to really lock it into my memory. I go back over by the elongated chests but the chests are no longer there but I study the rest of the items but I drop the idea of drawing them. There are two clear glass bowls with a clear liquid in them. One has round multicolor items in it that look like fruits. The other one has some loaf shaped items sticking up out of it. It looks like it was set out for a party. I go off to my left and sure enough it's kind of liked a little party with my son there and some other people. Either I am back on earth now or they came up to visit! I then see my son's friend C and I think about how everyone talks about how promiscuous she has become. Not sure if she is still in college IWL. I think of another test / brag to my lucidity. I told my son I'm going to get it on with his friend C. I start to mount her and I see her luscious lips and switch gears and stick it in her mouth. She does a very nice job. Wow!!
After a bit of that the dreams fades back to bed but I remember that I to always have to check to see if it's a real awakening...but alas it is this time. I was reminded yesterday to put more of myself in the self awareness work. I also switched up my SSILD somatic cycle a little and did some self awareness work during WBTB which I shortened. I also woke up closer to 5.5 hours after bed for WBTB whereas the last few nights were around 4.5 and I seemed too tired to make it work right. Woke from dream around 7 something. 175

Late Late dream 10 a.m. Young guy is broadcasting himself in his bedroom on justin.tv for a long time. At this point it is on the news...his girlfriend got shot through the bedroom window while he was broadcasting and I said what are the chances of that...that can't be...that's impossible. Then a playback of all the stuff that happened before the shooting. His run in with some other teenagers at school, they call him something weak and they have some kind flipping competition to see who could do standing flips. The scene where his girlfriend was shot had him holding her in bed rolling around and it just did not look natural like he was acting, but it did not make me lucid either...none of this thinking that all this was impossible. The dream explained it away. Oh well, had my awesome LD already.

7/21/14 FA: hearing the alarm turn off warning stop without key punch sounds made me realize I am dreaming. I never really understood people feeling sleepy in a lucid dream until this time. I felt like dozing off within my lucid, so I did. 176

071814 a guy is telling me about all these cool artifacts he found...I'm seeing them visually like I'm in video game. Golden breastplate, etc. Thai government is looking for him (movie at bedtime=character is in Thailand before heading to Cambodia).

7/17 crater in ocean. Where I was when 17, recurring dream. Go back for son. Hydrofoil boat. Coach M has game at 6pm. L on sons grades, report card. "Lucid" is written out on grades in one place but instead of a clue that I am dreaming, I worry that wife will see. Coach M talks about how he lost his father. I relay this to my son. Looking for school office helps with college apps. It is after 5pm but she's still there (5am? Wake 545am). Lady sits funny almost showing up skirt. A skills test is done: measure the area of two adjacent tables....easy. Life lessons you need I guess.

7/14/14* My previous DJ entry was up there with my all time favorites. I just loved the setting and vividness. Tonight near lucid then lucid later. I'm in a parking garage. Guy pulls up in a car with a tarp over a big part of it. What do you have under there? He says he doesn't need to tell me. We need to know (am I police or security or something?). First thought=could be bomb! Then, it could be kidnapped kids...Sure enough dream comes up with 2 kids under the tarp. Some other guy struggles with guy that came in the car and also with the kids who are being brats. A relatively big tough guy nearby wants to stop me from intervening. "The three of us can take you," I start to say. He says some threats related to him not being afraid to go back to jail. I back off...wake=FA. I think to myself if I was lucid I could have knocked him around with TK! Tough guy and I are sharing a sleeping space now? I'm on couch and he crawls over me slowly...to go to the bathroom? I can feel him stepping on the couch in several places trying to make his way over me. I pretend to be asleep. When he gets back he seems to be cuddling me... Hell no, I think...uh...I need to go pee. I get up and say something like "gotta stop drinking so much water...gotta pee all the time (excuse)." I look back at him. He has this weird peeking eye?..One eye is slightly open but he is also snoring so I assume he is asleep. His feet are up on the couch and his upper half on the floor, face up. I head to the bathroom and I have to pull 2 doors together to lock it in a very loose fashion and I can still see out. While I am urinating I see a lady with a spotlight on her doing burlesque! I'm dreaming! I approach her. She changes to a different woman and then back. She is not really slender, dark hair and is in black lingerie. I think let's look around while doing a little dancing with her but I can't focus on the surroundings much. I start to have intercourse with the dancer lady standing up. Someone says "here's Mom" and a older motherly figure and an older fatherly figure show up. I take this as a test to my lucidity and think: no worries! I say "Hey mom, check her out" as I continue intercourse. "Hey check out these breasts" and I remove her bra..."nice breasts, right?!" Ok...let me get down to goals...I want to find Dreamer for the Bonus TOTM, but not here, not like this. I will teleport...closed eye
teleport. I say I want to arrive in a beautiful and vivid world...but perhaps I did not give it enough focus. I open my eyes and I am in a hazy storage room? There are stacked metal folding chairs in a few different spots. I look around a little while, but I am not seeing anything interesting and unfortunately lose patience. I try another teleport and instead of closing my eyes I clench my eyes like when I am trying to DEILD and I wake up or have a convincing FA of right where I'm at IWL...possibly FA because when I decide to roll over and check the time it feels like I am shaking off SP. 7/13/14* Awesome! Finally one of my recent vivid dreams became lucid! Similar calm, highly lucid, exploration like my grassy sea lucid and right after seeing the closest thing I have seen to a grassy sea: I just watched Gravity for the first time last night and there is a scene where you see a grassy vegetation growing up out of a large body of water. When I saw that scene in the movie IWL my heart fluttered emotionally with the memory of the wonderful lucid dream it so much reminded me of and it must have inspired another awesome LD. I think it solidified the point for me to slow down and explore all of the wonder right around you. I have also had similar experiences IWL.

One of my earlier dreams was very vivid. At the end there is a squirrel that got into a house with a gathering or party. After trying to lead him out an open door, I was able to catch it but it reached back and bit my hand. I moved my hands further up his body to the base of his head to keep him from biting me again. All I could see from the injury was what looked more like a bloody scratch. I woke with the thought that the squirrel biting me should have made me lucid.

I am on a trip again, a common theme. My family and I are heading to quarantine area where they are going to apply some treatment to everyone via spray in the room so that no one carries any diseases into this foreign country. In a seemingly semi lucid moment I put my arms around this beautiful woman who takes to it kindly at first but then pushes me away. I sit on the floor apparently wearing a baseball cap as my view is slightly obscured looking upwards. Two cute kids are playing with me as I sit there. My wife is sitting on a ledge above on the perimeter of the room and a guy next to her is apparently stinky and she makes a face. I asked my wife where our son is. She didn't seem sure and didn't seem worried. Doors to the room opened up to let everyone out and transport trolleys are coming in and I'm the last one still in there and the doors closed but I'm able to scurry my way to the door and open it and go out. It is a beautiful countryside with
green hills reminding me of where I was in 1993. Lots of people hanging around outside but no wife and son. I just wait knowing they would know where to find me. People are sitting at an outdoor table talking while most others mingling much like a party but it is daytime, outside and of course in the beautiful scenery. I see a group walking down the road maybe they are with them up that way. I pass a place that raises collies apparently, the dog breed. I strain my neck to see and a dog runs up to me to jump or bite me...ah dog dream sign (One of the dream signs I thought about during WBTB...I'm dreaming.. fades and I clench my eyes to try to reenter the dream. It probably never ended, probably just the void, it's hazy but I can see a little bit and I think of the task of the month and I start to visualize an elevator...nothing at first but then a big red button appears and I press it and at this point it is more like I am visualizing an elevator door opening and seeing the elevator car and stepping in.
I can feel myself going up up up in what feels more like an open-air elevator car and still hazy. I am not satisfied with experience due to the lack of visuals. I think that I wake up but wait remember always check when waking up. I do feel that I'm still in a dream, an FA, laying in bed. I get out of bed. I'm in a hotel room with strange striped wallpaper. I end up face down on the floor and struggle to crawl up to the wall to lift myself up. How tricky the transition is to an FA. Try to stick my finger through my palm and it indicates that I am awake. No! I am sure that I'm dreaming so I look at my left hand and there are five fingers. But, I have a small appendage or extra little finger sticking out to the right of my left index finger going out from a spot about 3/4 of an inch down my finger. I think again of the elevator task...a hotel should be perfect. I go through two sets of doors to exit my hotel room but before I close the door I take one
more look at my hand and it looks just like before surprisingly...five fingers with a little extra one. The hallway of the hotel is awesome it looks maybe 1920s!! The walls are adorned with a beautiful rich dark wood paneling up and down. I go down to one end of the hall and there's a short flight of stairs up straight ahead, maybe 5 stairs and I start to go up and I think this wouldn't be the way to an elevator but at the top I see there's a small opening or space and there is a small door not more than a foot and a half tall . I go back the other way down the hall past where I came out and circle around to the right and I see a man and a woman in an open area with curtains that are opened. It looks like an opium den and/or a brothel. I keep going then I come to an opening in the hall there is a weird creature or boy sitting on the floor with his back to me. I decide to turn my back to him...out of sight out of mind. I continue down another hall and
walk past this man who had first looks like a guy in a suit and tie. Still not seeing an elevator I decide to go back to the man who now looks more like a bellman , an old fashioned one. I asked him if there's an elevator here. He says that the elevator will be ready in 1 to 2 weeks. I then think perhaps I can teleport to one of the neighboring buildings it seems like I'm in a big city downtown with lots of buildings back at the early part of the century from everything I see in this hotel and the way that guy is dressed. I'm amazed how vivid this dream is and how beautiful everything is. I ask if there's another building around with an elevator. The guy says that actually I can ride their elevator but I just have to sign a waiver. I ask him where will it take me. He says it will take me up to the top. I ask him what is there? He says the tree. I say the tree? Is this construction, unfinished? No he says it is solid. It used to house our Communications
department(?). I follow him towards the elevator down the hall that looks like a maintenance corridor and I'm having trouble standing up straight. I am leaning heavily as if I will fall to my left down a stairwell but I am hanging on to some bars or pipes that line the right side. It seems like the guy I am following is growing impatient at how slow I am. I'm in a dilemma. I'm not sure if I should let go and have faith that I can walk straight or keep going while holding on. I think it's okay if I fall it is just a dream but I might lose the scene and my path to the elevator. I also I think that I could teleport. I got probably 20 feet down this hall hanging on before I finally woke up for real. Still very cool lucid scenes and I wake up smiling. My day practices up until yesterday were focusing on doing the elevator task next for whatever reason. Yesterday I thought I started incubating the idea that I should meet up with Dreamer first, but next need to incubate that a bit more. Might have gotten to that task if I had ever completed the elevator one! 173

6/27/14* hold my hand / little blind girl with little pink ribbon with writing on adorable / driving onto soccer field me in passenger seat so many kids so close to car but he's driving slowly. Typical markings on field plus extra for coach's game plan on field itself! (world cup residue perhaps) / Someone named David falls off a 2nd story or higher front porch balcony but lives to say something from down below. I crawl over railing into front door and plan to go back down and out through a back door and stairs I assume there should be. Working my way through the house feeling lost I think what if I could fly out like in dreams...why of course, this is a dream. Phase out through back of house and goes gray. I fly in an undulating dolphin-like motion and can see my hands (normally I am looking down with my hands out front while flying). After a bit I start looking down for anything and start to see a flat dark green surface with little nicks in it with no apparent pattern. Eventually I am on the ground and my son is there. Feeling frisky, bold and very lucid I
announce to my son that I am going to give it to "your mother!" (wouldn't dare say this if there was any doubt I was dreaming). Wife appears and I throw off her clothes with tk and get to business. Ready to add another female to the mix I think of who to summon, Girl Friday? Scarlett? But the dream fades. 167

7/4/14 Didn't record these LDs right away so going from memory hours later. Late dream malaise affects last 2 LDs. DILD#1 I am getting instructions from 30-something woman with large breasts in a seating position. I am standing over her and I get the idea to brush my arm against her breasts. As I do, I realize that I am dreaming and immediately think of the basic naked task and strip down once again with my pants bunched up around the ankles I fling them off with telekinesis. She has removed her shirt and I reach behind her back and undo her bra and her sumptuous breasts flow out. I gawk and enjoy the scene and don't remember anything else before before waking. 168


DILD#2 end of REM assumed. Wife, Son and I have free tickets to a nice dinner and we are being seated with another group who left 2 seats on one side of the table and one on the other. Wife and son go down left side of table with plenty of room but the one seat on my side is blocked in by the rest of the group at the table and by the neighboring table being so close. I wait patiently and they eventually get up and I get to my seat apparently thirst and look down at an untouched small thin medium-tall glass of water with a small amount of melted ice water and a clear straw. I am obviously focused on it and slurp on the straw thirstily. The water is barely splashing in my throat as if the straw is broken and the sensation keys me in that I am dreaming again! But even shorter than the previous. I wake up feeling quite thirsty. 169


#3 In dream DEILD (really a DILD) I am attempting to WILD and I am getting decent vibration feedback with my clinched eyes method but lose consciousness before dream begins. I am playing a song on my phone that has a really nice beat and electronic percussion sounds and something reminds me that I was just trying to WILD but I don't feel fully immersed in the dream and feel like I am still trying to WILD so I try a movement based entry and start dancing my way into the dream and end up on a big concert stage and for some reason I think it is Prince playing. I just keep dancing on the stage and rip off my clothes and will my junk to hang large and low. I think I feel movement in bed and I am probably close to waking up anyway, but that either way I do. 170


7/5 DILD#1 Son sick goes into huge public bathroom but doesn't choose stall. Seems drunk also. I get him to move but all toilets have no stall. 2 ladies come through with their small boys and I get mad at them, chide them. I go back to room and lady getting ready to go to bed and husband already asleep. Leave but come back and she is changing and is in her bra but bottomless, she just took off her pants. Seems shy at first but then not so much. I start to close the door but keep opening it back a little to look at her sexiness. I continue around a long hall that circles the whole floor passing different couples beds and looking to see what I can. One lady is topless in bed as I pass. All Asian like last night. Some start to wake and one mentions getting coffee. I comment that they are getting up so early but i need an excuse...I was not able to get back to sleep. I continue to around the halfway point of circling the floor and it goes dark with thick curtains and I
realize I'm dreaming. I float up a little and back down and planning to go back the way I came but not working so I visualize a church where I thought it would be more challenging to get naked and I see it from the outside like an old largish white country church with one traditional steeple in the middle front and then I'm suddenly inside on the stage-like pulpit. And I remove all my clothes. People start mumbling that I'm one of those demon loving lucid dreamers...I laugh it off and start to imagine an elevator and starting to think about the other tasks but can start to hear sounds from IWL. Try to DEILD but must be end of REM. Get up and record. 171


DILD#2 I was sure I would remember the details and was very lazy and planned to commit it to memory but dozed back off quickly. All I can remember at this point is that the DILD moment had something to do with an interaction with a woman while looking for a towel when coming out of the shower. And I remember thinking 2nd DILD of the night. 172

Some short DILDs lately. Possible ways to rectify: 1. adjust WBTB time, mostly doing them too long lately and it seems to affect how I am doing my SSILD cycles and perhaps length of REM? 2. Get back up to par with my daytime practices. 3. Start off my LDs properly more grounded in my dream environment! will try Click-Freeze-study environment (click=time stopping pocket watch but more for me to stop and take a moment). Too much of myself in the dream (reference: Mzzkc's Stabilization Fundamentals).

Did self hypnosis lucid dreaming script night of 7/3 and recall one a night or two before that.

6/18: possible lucid/not counting - working from my family room everything went completely dark and I knew something was odd, this is dream-like and I stay very calm just the way I respond to the void and I think quite different from the way I would act IWL. (This makes me wonder what I was dreaming right before this). After a short time in the void it went to some NREM-like visuals including a grid pattern which seems relatively common for me (smaller and uneven blocks within the grid than in the past). Also acted lucid-like with a young lady who apparently goes both ways and I said we should invite a female friend to join us.

6/21: DILD#1 leaving out details since I told this person about the dream. The person wasn't making any sense in their answer to my question so I realized it was a dream but didn't get very far with it anyway. 163

6/21 DILD#2 later in night; I had been disappointed that I didn't get another Father's Day appropriate lucid like I did Father's Day 2013 but I got one late featuring my son as a toddler in the house he grew up in. It was cute. At first my thought in the dream was why is my son (who is a young man now) pretending to be a little boy and making a fuss but I finally looked over at him and noticed his head was barely visible, looking closer he was not sitting on the floor but was just a little boy and I realized I was dreaming! I love seeing my son as a small boy again in dreams. The dream fades to a visual of my ceiling and then of what seemed like a dreamlet of a friendly looking talking tree and then a close up of my face with my eyes closed (assumed it was of me sleeping)...odd! 164

6/22 Great New York City dream flying around the city. Hanging on the edge ofa tall building and seeing a guy dancing around on the streets and the song New York, New York playing. Where did that come from?? Also some discussion on slowing down for the important parts (of song? of life? NY tour? of speech? of explanations?). Wake, recall dream smiling.
DILD: * I am in a big room don't think it has the airport yet but becomes airport later. I see a guy go by in a really nice suit. I see elder bro-law walk by. Also N the show tunes lover perhaps brought to scene by thoughts related to bro-law. Bro-law comes back by and says something like your family all left you and went on vacation. Now it seems like I'm at the airport and there's some announcements I don't know if it mentions my wife's name or my name but I got up to look at the screen like they have at airports. Amazing, the screen says "(insert wife's 1st & last name) your flight is on hold because you are lucid." What? I am dreaming this? I float up and start swooping around this airport waiting area with high ceilings and I almost go for this hot young thing but I think let me just explore. I fly around a bit more before it goes dark so I decided to land back down on my feet on the ground and I start walking in the dark waiting for the scene to come back but instead I find myself back bed. 165

6/23: excited to hear that a friend saw me on an episode of Lost. Oh yeah, I must have been an extra...doh! Also found out my voice would be used in a World Cup video game.

6/25 Kevin Spacey as an assassin stalking a sexy blonde. Played more like watching a movie. I don't think I was involved in the story. +Two very sexy dreams. One with someone I know, another I don't recognize but super hot! Seemed semi-lucid. Yowzers!

6/26 DILD: At odd version of where I play league games. Then changing in bedroom like set up. Son with me. I decide to change in front of woman and she hangs behind me seemingly checking out my butt. Wife calls and sounds half asleep. Confusion as uncle D(?) hears the call and it is a mix of wife's call and client call like I switched between calls but client was still on line and can hear client at end of call. Becomes a family gathering... some Susan lady is there...why is she even there? She tore two of my old photographs. Each had my cousins in them. Two eldest cousins I think. Why would she do that. I am so angry! I feel like waking this Susan up right now! Aunt of eldest cousin dissuades me. I go out front door and through a big locking gate (to my car?) but can't lock gate when come back in...a little fear like someone might be following me to gate. I leave it and head for the door. A strange woman and family let me in. Huge dog seems friendly at first but then the owner has to hold him back from knocking me over. "How did I get to the wrong house? This is like I stepped into the Twilight Zone. Ah I know what's going on...I'm dreaming." I look around at this family and feel frisky but it goes dark but I stay calm. I remove my pants and underwear in the dark and it gets tied up around my ankles so I whip it the rest of the way of with tk (ignore problems/ take decisive action). Off shirt, fully nude. Soon I hear someone talking to me and I am back in a room with a large family....not sure if it is the same and is not my family...I don't see the strange lady. I scan the room and there is a cute girl but too young and she slightly morphs to a boyish look. I turn to my left...she will do just fine. I reach over to her and she turns away a little. I Jedi mind her and say you know you want this. Intercourse and then whip it out and stick it in her mouth. She does well but I decide to be more romantic with her pull it out but dream fades. 166

6/14/14** (Awesome waking life visuals and feeling the morning after these LDs). 1015-1am? Wake terrible indigestion. Sit up 30min or so. Look at Scarlett pics on my phone. Back to bed, interesting HI as I do my SSILD. Early LD I forget details of but must have lost lucidity at some point. I was in a strange apartment-like building and had sex with a woman in a bedroom off to the right. Straight ahead was a city view. We are 5 or more stories up I'd guess. Wake up trying to commit the details quickly to memory and go back to sleep. Later in an office building. Me and a woman are to go to some cool thing I'm looking forward to. She says we can't even call for the location until 3...seems like 3pm in dream (but I woke ~315am from this - to be described LD - that started around the time we left for this cool thing...maybe 3am...hmmm). It felt like noon when I heard the news we won't know anything until 3(pm). Dream skipped ahead. She is driving on right side of car, me in back seat, on right also...just us 2. We are entering a studio back lot and I think they must have these in many different cities. We begin to pass many sexy actresses, I notice especially. Some of the acting students are growing food along the road, and there is a produce market. I feel like an important actor being driven around. At some point I am driving...seems my waking life car and I get to a dead end with two security gates...something seems dream like here...gate reminds me of a dream....ah I'm dreaming. I start to phase up out through the roof of the car...scene turns dark...I reach for the car door and get out; dark still. I decide to just fly up, still dark I decide to do big loops way up in the sky (it feels like I went up fairly high)...very much like a real waking life roller coaster feeling!!! I also do some shots up into the air and then back down rapidly. After playing with this for a while, I decide to do some backward flips and quickly find myself hovering over land and then water very close below me. It feels I'm being led down into the water and decide not to fight it. It is shallow and I am "flying" slowly under the water now without effort. Simple round but colorful sea creatures growing from the bottom. This underwater exploring goes on for a few minutes, it seems, before I start being drawn toward the sand...I decide not to fight it either and start to imagine my go to beach scene (though with very little effort/intent) and I come out into a water filled room not well lit. I crawl up onto a ledge that is boxed in on each side and remember my LD adventure, exploring the toyland near the ruin wall by the beach with the grassy ocean and I want to find something similar here. I jump down from the ledge and start exploring, old picnic table benches, bed, and now my wife is calling out..."what are you doing?" Is this entering my dream from her IWL? I try to ignore her and continue exploring for a few moments more. Then FA with my DJ notes on the back if her notes and she hid from me and caught me getting them back...wait this is still a dream...but then I fade back to bed for real ~3:15am lay still recalling and then look at phone=3:17am. 161 & 162

5am? Dexter alternate ending? No fear but gross...perhaps like watching the show...not involved except like a witness. Actor who plays Dexter goes on a bloody rampage in a house in a suburban neighborhood setting and also kills his wife the blonde lady though she looks more like a different actress than the one he liked in the final season, but very similar. He sneaks out through a back alley at the last minute as the police arrived. I see him through an open window with a thin sheer-white curtain blowing in the wind with a view as if I was in the house or the camera shot was from in the house (there were no thoughts of Dexter or the police seeing me and interviewing me. I knew the police would see everyone was there but him and he would be missing altogether and they would highly suspect he was a killer. Wake. Later dream I was trying to warn a woman that the guy she is she scared of busted down her door in my dream. I also said he is a made up creature so there's nothing to worry about. Some other guy sitting
with her at a patio table was talking about supernatural creatures. 7am
