Lucid but didn't fall asleep fully

    Last night bed around 11:30 - 8am

    Nap to WILD 9:25am - 12:20pm

I did my ascending breath breathing excercise as I always do and felt my body getting super relaxed very quickly. I felt my head getting "relaxed" too, and I knew lucid is near. I was right there on the edge, but no lucid yet. I figured it's because I'm not asleep yet. I know sometimes we think we are awake when we are in fact already asleep, and thatused to happen to me all the time, but this time I really was still fully awake.

I pushed my head back and got a falling backwards feeling, but as soon as I stopped pushing, I came back. So I continued the motion and stood up on the bed, without bending knees or anything else. Quite freeky, but I have done it before, and did it a few times today too.

After standing up, I went through few doors. Each one lead to an empty room with whitewashed walls. One was kinda dark and led someplace else. I have made a decision few month ago to explore rooms and houses, since they normally scare me and all I want to do is to jump out the first window. But this last room, I said no thank you and backed out. But no matter what I was expecting, all rooms were emtpy with whitewashed walls.

This goes on for quite a while, and I remember doing some things in rooms as well.

Then I slept for 2 more hours.

      Hi Nanosr

It's a technique from a Yoga Nidra CD I bought. Now I found this link, where it's described and it has a link to listen to it online for free

      Ascending Breath: Online Guided Meditation

The CD displayed there is the one I bought on amazon. You don't have to buy it whole, you can just get a track that you like. Each is 99 cents.

I got the ascending breath, 61-point relaxation, survey of the body and Yoga Nidra. Links to those are on the very top of the webpage.
