Slept for almost 12 hrs after having a very short sleep of only 2 hrs last time, because not being able to adapt myself from dayshift to night shift.

Felt like I was dreaming all night.

Last dream:
Long and detailed. I'm visiting with friend K in AH. We talk a lot and laugh. She mentions that we always have good times together.

I start telling her about lucid dreams and how your daytime memory is accessible so you remember a lot that you normally don't remember in dreams.
