My dream recall has hit rock bottom last few weeks, and no lucids either. I have to figure out how to LD when working night shifts.
Had these 2 dreams last 2-3 days.
Spider
I'm looking at a brown spider. Big, brown-grey body, velvet looking. Bare, skinny legs. He is walking on the floor. I remember seeing him at the store I work at. (only now that I'm awake I don't think I saw him at work). I try to capture him in a plastic see-through cup and release him outside. I got him in the cup but he is not cooperating, haha. Running up the walls, over the lip, and I loose sight of him few times. Btw, we are in some old building. When I see him, he is on my hand. He has some faded cross on his back, llike the spider we call Knight of the Cross. I think he is venomous. So he gets on my hand and I have no choice but to sqash him. But just before he manages to bite me. I'm showing the double-fanged, bloody bitemark to someone.
The welder.
This was very interesting. I'm watching a welder from just 3 feet away. He has thick gloves and safety shield on the face, and heat resistant attire.Welding machine in one hand and piece of metal in other. As he puts the metal to the large piece of metal, it starts to melt. I realize, that large bottom metal must be very hot. He draggs his hand in the glove accross the bottom metal sheet slowly, as he is applying small metal piece and heating it up with the flame. I realize that his gloved hand is dragging on something very hot and I find it kinda scary, what if it got burned through. Then I see on the part of the glove that touches the welding piece, there is something like thick velcro. The plastic spikes are not allowing the glove to touch the hot metal, but giving his hand support so he could weld straight. The plastic spikes are not conducting heat as much as a full contact glove would. I realize it's a great invention. Also, this idea is now patented.
