    In a dark and foul tavern, many people dressed wretchedly are eating foul smelling dishes of food. They look animalistic in my eyes,
    and all seem to have lots of facial hair. There is a thin mist in the tavern of either cold or cooking smoke from the fire, it is unpleasant and damp. We are being offered to sit and join these people for food but are repelled, one even begins to be sick from copious amounts of ale. Evidently not a five star establishment, we leave.

    I guess there is a lot that disgusts me about myself and I try to hide from, and be higher than, but it is still there, part of me.

      wow I like this piece it has nice word play a short description and is to the point, and yeah there's alot about our selves that we don't like as human beings although lately I have been coming to terms with that part of myself even embracing a little bit of it with the understanding that that part of us is our animalistic human nature. I hope that you too are able to come to terms with that part of yourself and except yourself fully with love and kindness.

      You are becoming a better person by just admitting that you feel that way about yourself. Now you can leave that thought behind. You are a good person & a good friend. We all have shit we don't like about ourselves but we just have to let it go & move forward.... I see a lucid dream coming for you in the near future cuz I think you are overdue. Think positive & use some mnemonic exercises during the day to reinforce them. I find that I slack off of doing them cuz we can't think about lucid dreams 24/7 or we will go crazy, lol!
