This is not a dream but something memorable that I wanted to note in here. This morning I told my friend I was on my way to go run and "soar like and eagle". My husband leaves 20 minutes before me to walk and I try to catch him. I caught up to him and walked with him for a little bit and for some reason I decided he can keep walking and I was going to run around this big baseball field and try to catch him again. He went straight and I turned left. As I was running around this field I noticed an eagles nest with an eagle in it and I was watching it and then turned right to make my way around the field, as I was running down that street something occurred to me to look to my right and as I looked to my right up in the air only about 20 feet came a huge soaring eagle with tree branches in his talons and flew right toward me. I felt a connection to it and immediately rememberer my comment that I was going to "soar like and eagle" as I watched him go over me he dropped one branch that fell right in front of me, and carried the rest up and over to the nest. It felt so dream like AMAZING!!! I feel so charged right now!

There seems to be a fine line between dreams and reality. I am really noticing a lot of similarities in my dream/real life. I look forward to what is next.

1. We had some kind of party for work and it was at a lake in the early evening and it was already starting to get dark. I was was wandering around looking for where I was supposed to go to my party and I was alone and in heels walking with my heels sinking in the grass wishing I had sandals when I looked down at the ground sandals appeared and I slid my feet into them and they fit perfectly, and they were cute :-). I heard someone screaming and crying on the other side of the lake and looked over and saw an ambulance lights. A man walked by me and saw me looking and told me a little boy had just drowned over there...my heart sank and being I lost my grandson to drowning I just felt this horrible sensation and wanted to leave when I realized this is a dream and I needed to continue, this would be moving past this nightmare.... I continued on and found my party. I am shy and not big into parties and I am there alone. Not sure why I am there so I asked why am I here? I didn't get an answer but a guy who retired from my work a year ago who I barely knew walked up to me and asked if I needed someone to hang out with because I looked so uncomfortable. I looked closely at his face and it was him but his eyes were not his eyes. These eyes were familiar to me and suddenly this sense of peace came over me. I could feel the love pouring out of him and I got all tingly. Then when we were standing along the lake watching fireworks the man was standing in front of me and he was now my size and I could only see the back of his head, I pulled myself up close to him and just wrapped my arms around him and held him from behind. Great moment.
2. I had this short clip where I had this long electrical cord and I was untangling all of the knots. I was giggling saying story of my life lol.

This felt like an extremely long dream of almost reality. It is like I step through a door when I go to sleep and start living another life. I am trying to relinquish using so much control because I miss finding messages and still trying to learn more about my dreams. My dreams are becoming so real life like and long. I have fun while in my dream being a detective of my dream and looking for the inconsistencies which are much less. I always thought I became lucid by seeing the inconsistencies but this dream I was lucid while looking for them. I didn't find a lot. I was alone which is a sign, I was in a hotel room where the room looked somewhat like the inside of my house but off a little and when I opened a cabinet I saw a rubbermaid over half full of iced tea, which I don't drink and it would never be in my cabinet lol. Then I saw the cleaning lady was the janitor from my work, but other than that it was a long dream of walking on the beach, walking down the street, going to a restaurant. I slept great though. I was getting too excited and putting too much pressure on myself with the challenges that I felt I was taking a step back in my dream quality. Once my insomnia is gone I may get back to it. For now...I am "Detective of my Dreams". I hope it will pay off for me.
I feel the tea was a message and it feels positive it was 3/4 full.

1. My friend had cancer and just found out he is all clear. He was in the car with me and I knew it was a dream because he lives in GA. He handed me this box and I said NO. I cannot take that. He said it just means he is grateful for my support during his rough time. He opened it up and one side was a praying child angel on her knees and the other was a grown up angel and both had a little chocolate diamond in the middle. I was aware that he did this because he was very thoughtful and could not say no, but I felt guilty taking it from him. I still loved the symbol inside the dream.
2. I was at a house with lots of people when I saw a shadow of a man smoking a cigarette behind the curtains that were blowing. I was very aware I was dreaming because I knew noone in this room. I pointed at the window and walked into the room. I waved everyone inside, when the man came crashing in with a gun. I had everyone hiding behind the bed and I tried to act like I wanted him, and he put down the gun and I walked him out the door and locked it. We walked down the hall and the man evaporated. YAY!!!!!

I was in San Diego for the GIS event when I seemed to be walking all over, I wished I had had a skateboard because that would be much easier to get to and from the hotel, when a knee walker appeared. I didn't think I was lucid but just wishing but after it appeared I realized I must have been lol. The knee walker was what I used last year when I had my foot in a boot. I decided to keep that and roll on down the streets. It was very convenient lol.

This is probably the first Non-Lucid dream I know was non lucid in a while. Most of mine I know I am dreaming at some point. This one gave me no clues, probably because it happened so fast. I was in my house and I was folding towels, my husband was in the kitchen chopping carrots and I hear every chop then I hear a different sound and my heart sank, then I hear him say "I cut it good this time", I said hold pressure on it and immediately sprang into action and grabbed some wash cloths and ran over held it against it. I was looking on the cutting board for a finger because it sounded horrible. Nothing, no blood anywhere. I asked him to show it to me and when he took off the wash cloth there was no blood and (I was thinking he was just teasing me) then all of a sudden it squirted at me so I quickly put pressure again. Just the tip was gone but I definitely did not know that was a dream. I was starting to wonder if I had any NL's. I am sure if I could have better recall I would have many more NL's.

When I was in 3rd grade I had what I call a dream lesson about jail. The Voice was telling me what will happen to people that don't follow the rules and I was teleported inside a jail and I was flying down the isle between the cells as if floating on the ceiling and I saw the men in prison screaming and yelling from their cells at the guards. They were wearing orange and yet back then in my mind people in jail wore black and white stripes. I saw the face of a man that had sores all over his face and looked like a skeleton monster to me. He looked right at me up close and I woke up. I knew I never ever wanted to go to jail. Last night I had the same dream....but it was my little brother as the man I saw. I asked if this was the same dream I had as a child? I didn't hear an answer, I just knew it was. I didn't really need to ask. My little brother has been in jail most of his adult life and was in and out of detention at 14 years old. Last I heard he was an indigent in Miami somewhere. I looked up his latest mugshot 1/2016 and he looks like the monster I saw in jail. Now I am curious if he is in jail again or even still alive.

I was at work and I was running all around telling everyone to see their reaction of what happened to me. (This was practice for something that really did happen in RL I had this big mole on top of my left shoulder close to the center of my neck, I have always had it, but within the past 3 months it got huge and filled with fluid and started bleeding, it kept getting caught on my clothes and my nail when I put my hair in a ponytail. I have a history of skin cancer so made an appointment with my Dermatologist because this was black and brown speckled with red in it SCARY. He can't get me in Till Dec.) In my dream I was telling people the story about how I had this dream of me having this energy ball and I was goofing around with my husband and said I am a healer so I will hold my hand on this when I sleep and make it go away. Yesterday I realized the mole is totally gone... I mean all you can see is a little light pink mark of where it was! Some people were really excited but the majority didn't look like they believed a word I said. My running around work was funny because it was not my work at all and some of the people I was telling I had no idea who they were. I think I will keep that exciting story to myself but YOU heard it here lol. It really happened. I may even have a picture of how ugly it was before. If you believe you are a healer I guess you can be !
I saw a black board with very detailed moving symbols and images in purple led looking lights, I need to google a couple of them to see whether it was dna or what it was. Something scientific with bars swirling with cells or something? It was very extensive and I wished I could have recorded it.
I took a melatonin because last night I only slept 2 hours yet I still couldn't fall asleep easily. When I did fall asleep my dreams were not as vivid as usual. I don't think I was as aware as I normally am.
I just googled what I saw and it was the double helix in DNA. The symbol to the left is the symbol of mankind with arms out to the side

I first look out the window and I am really high up so must be a skyscraper. It is all dark and dreary when I realize it is dark because the entire sky is filled with a UFO. It covers the entire view. I get the impression it has been there for a while. It looks super high tech and it is not smooth but has a lot of texture to it. It is dark and I don't see any lights at all, it is just there and extremely close. I had a long gap in between that I don't remember, yet I know a lot happened. The next thing I remember was we were gathering a lot of people together because we wanted to figure out a plan to defeat them when we were encased in a clear dome. A couple of people tried to get out and couldn't so I figured I would try to picture myself outside of it. Nothing happened. Then the thought of the TOTM popped into my head.. OK dream good thinking, now the only way out is through the ground haha I chuckled probably out loud because it got a little unstable for a second. I was hoping noone would watch me try this so I walked over to a spot where people weren't talking and I bent over and thought this is not going to be bad because it is my only way out, plus I am going to go visit Candyland and I hoped that was where I was going, I stick my head to the ground as if I was going to do a headstand and can feel it squishy so it gave me confidence and it felt like it was only a couple inches thick because my head slid through the top of a cave!!!???!!! (Why can I NOT get to Candyland?) As my head and arms slide through fairly easy I am seeing cavemen turning to look at me with fear in their eyes. (Oh great I leave the end of the world and go to the beginning haha funny how the mind works) I think I got hesitant at this point and it feels like I am sealed in concrete and I am struggling to get through. My arms moving about is causing these cave people to panic. So I have to imagine it is smooth as butter and I drop to the ground and it feels very real. Ummm I am naked? OMG. They are staring at me and coming close and I freeze. They are sniffing my blond wavy hair and playing with it. They are all dark haired and hairy all over. They back up and I notice a younger one painting on the wall as he is looking at me, it is brown paint and it has my hair and body with lines like the sun around me, and then there are big circles on the chest lol, he is pointing at my crotch...I think because I am not hairy? I don't know..I am extremely uncomfortable. Am I glowing? Why did he make lines around me like I am shining? I see a woman holding a baby and the baby looks sick, it is not moving. I walk over and squat next to her and she backs to the wall and I hold my arms out and rock them and hold my hand as to say can I hold the baby? There is no communication because they only grunt. The woman surprisingly hands the baby to me. I do see my body is glowing as I am holding the baby. I put my hand over the baby and feel the heat in my hands and try to pass my energy to the baby. I want to make this baby healthy, when the baby opens his eyes and looks at me. He has beautiful eyes. Not dark like you would expect but a greenish brown. The baby reaches up to me and I kiss its hand and I have such a great feeling like I did something good. Then as I handed the baby back to the woman I noticed everyone was on their hands and knees with their heads to the ground. Oh nooooo.... I am not God. I needed these people to see me as one of them and didn't want them to think I was a God. So I made a hopscotch on the ground with my fingers in the dirt and I started playing with the children. As I hopped I woke up.

1. I am looking at Trump or he is supposed to be Trump but really doesn't look exactly like him to me but he is right in front of my face...way too close and he has fish hooks with the lines coming out of his mouth and his mouth is trickling little drips of blood but he doesn't seem bothered by it and he continues to talk anyway only I couldn't understand him. Inside I always chuckle with these because it must mean something but I am watching it knowing I am dreaming and still trying to analyze what it means.

2. I had a horrible sleep last night but toward the morning I had the best dream. Just to give you a little insight as to why the dream probably occurred. Yesterday when I was running it felt so great, then between mile 3-6 it was as if I didn't have feet anymore and I was just floating, almost like a dream. I wasn't tired I was admiring nature and noticed the gray doves that always seemed to be in pairs. They were so cute. It just made me feel happy. Then in my dream last night I started the dream where I was flying and there was a canyon and at the bottom a river wayyyyy wayyy down. I was flying along the canyon admiring it and noticed a beautiful white dove flying next to me, I noticed it didn't have it's partner so I changed into a dove and flew with it. He was to my right and just beside me maybe a tad in front, but we landed in trees that were leaning over the edge, the sun was coming up and the sky became this beautiful fireball orange and red, very brilliant colors. I could hear all of the birds chirping loudly. I continued to playfully fly with this white dove landing occasionally on the tree and snuggling up to this dove by rubbing our necks together. It was beautiful. Then the sun really came up in my room and the light woke me up.

1. Pouring rain on a country dirt road, I could see the brilliant green grass and see the drops hitting the blades and moving them, smell the rain and hear the sounds of a stream as well.
2. Oriental lady behind glass at a counter looking really aggravated at me and talking like she is mad in Chinese or some language I didn't know and the writing on the was all in Chinese. I chose to leave this one.
3. A voice of an unknown man very loud and very professional said Lyotropic. That was random and left me curious to look that up. (Definition: A material is called lyotropic if it forms liquid crystal phases upon the addition of a solvent. Historically the term was used to describe materials composed of amphiphilic molecules.) Even after looking it up I am unsure of what it is.
4. A mango is in front of me but I never ate one and I am not hungry, I remember getting a rash from a peel once so think I am allergic, I wish it to be peeled, and the mango skin falls off of it and lays beside it. I take a little bite, it is just ok. Not something I would go buy at the store lol. If it tastes anything like what I tasted but now I am curious so actually I may haha.
5. A bacon burger and all of it's grease is in my hands and I am ready to bite it and think why am I eating this when I am not hungry at all? Never bit into it.
6. See guys at work all gathered around and it appears they admiring someone's new car, but it is behind a tree and I can't get a good look at it.

I don't know that I had a full dream at all last night. Restless sleep, couldn't get comfy. Up at 2 to let dogs out and never could fall back asleep.

UPDATE:
When I arrived at work about 6 guys in the parking lot talking to a guy who recently retired and was showing them his new Challenger. They were in a different part of the parking lot but that is pretty cool. Lots of amazing coincidences in my dreams to real life...

On a cruise ship to Mexico and the water is too rough to let the little boat take us to the land. I see the coast and really want to see it so I think up a hover board type machine that floats above the water because I have to take a couple of people with me who also want to go. This is a pretty large board. I think there were like four of us on this board and we are hovering about two feet over the rough water nice and smooth, I can see the beautiful cliff walls, sandy beach and beautiful blue water and then we get to a line of rocks in the water that I didn't notice. All of a sudden the rocks rise up and form a huge wall of rocks so we couldn't got past it. I tried lifting the board but it wouldn't go higher than ten feet. I took the people back to the boat and woke up and had a horrible feeling about the election, it was almost 3. I turned on the news and I was shocked about the results.

1. I was walking on a street in what appeared to be another country and time. This was a little town street with paver streets and chickens and goats running around everywhere. It looked like little thatch roof buildings that were for businesses and shopping. I admired the details of this dream, I could feel it was a little breezy and a little cool. I had an itch in my ear and I went to itch it when my finger went into my head, I wasn't sure if this was like the RC where your finger goes through your hand or if I was invisible, but I came to the conclusion it must have been my IRL ear not my dream ear, but because I thought of invisible I decide to try out that new power I was taught. I go to the grassy open field behind the little buildings and start to do my new invisible dance (by the way this is not handy and I need to find out how to do this quickly if I need to but I go along with it) and immediately as I start to put my hands out and in to each other a little white ball appears, as I do it two more times it grows each time, I think hmmm it is growing each time let me try more to see if it gets bigger, and I bring my hands in three more times, the ball is now only the size of a baseball which is smaller than it was when I was learning. I feel my power is already starting to dwindle. I continue my dance which is really quite fast and fluid. I don't feel any different. It appears that there is a clear bubble around me, about 3 inches from my body all over outlining me, not like a round bubble. I can still see myself. I am not sure this is working so figure I will go try it out and see if anyone notices me. I walk back into the town and all I see are chickens and goats. I try opening a door on one of the places and it is locked. Then I see someone on a wooden bench who is sitting reading a paper and the paper is all up straight even in the breeze, it doesn't flap at all. I walk close to the person who I can't tell if they are male or female because they are wearing a long tan trench coat with a rain hat? (it matches the coat) and I can't see their face behind the paper. As I get in front of them I can hear them reading the paper and somehow see the front of the paper like it is a news clip from a computer. "Man who dreamt he got into the casket with his dead son dies of natural causes". That is strange and immediately wonder what that means. It goes on to explain that he told his friends and family that he felt so close to his son in that dream that he would prefer to be with his son than live in this hell. His family thought maybe he committed suicide but I guess they determined he had a stroke in his sleep and died peacefully. So much for getting to test out my invisible power, instead it was some other kind of strange power.

2. I was running all around with a little girl who said she had to have a Double-Two mattress. All her friends had one and she needed to find one. We were going all over looking for her double two and finally she found it. It was a little bigger than a twin but really high up like two mattresses piled on top of each other.

Only remember one from last night and I am surprised I even slept long enough to have any kind of a dream but I was riding a Harley Sportster (which I don't have so obviously a dream) and concentrating on shifting since this is something I would like to learn again. I have my license and have been thinking about getting one but it has been years since I rode. It felt pretty natural but I was a little worried about doing so much and contemplating getting three wheels instead since I am getting older. Just riding down the road when I see a line of motorcycles coming in the opposite direction. They are all on the sidewalk hahahaha. Must be my lack of sleep. Anyway I decide to have some fun and see if I can levitate the motorcycle so I imagine myself flying with it and I can feel it coming off the ground. I do a u turn flip and go back in the other direction to find the motorcycles on the sidewalk. They are no where in sight. I land on top of the roof near a water park. The thought crossed my mind that I could ride the Harley down that big slide. Then I remember the challenge but I am not on the ground, I look up and poof I am on the ground. I get off the bike and the kickstand wasn't all the way down and the bike falls over. Hmmm...maybe that means I need three wheels. I feel like an idiot and hope noone is watching me and totally forgot about the head through the ground at that point.

1. I am floating in space admiring it and totally relaxed soaking everything in when I see this shape that appears to be something or someone invisible, I can see through it but it has a faint outline that is blurry and looks like energy. I feel something is watching me so say I can see you, please show yourself. I then hear my familiar mans Voice say, if you can see me you have been practicing with your ball (from previous dreams). You are learning to become one with it. I figured this is a good time for me to ask for my new dream control power since that is the TOTM. I asked him if he could please reveal the power to me. He said I have been patient but patience is required. He will reveal only one to me for now as this is very powerful and I am not ready for its full potential. He is still invisible but his outline stands tall and I can see his outline of his body now glowing brighter, he puts his hands up in the air and there is a ball of energy glowing between his hands that is extremely bright and all of a sudden blue bolts or electricity looking lines come shooting out from his hands and then his entire body like he is being electrocuted, I was a ready to dart away if they get too close to me, I had to turn away it was so bright, then it stopped. I said what in the world was that? He said this is how I power up my energy but that is yet to come. For now he said he will show me how to become invisible and I am to follow him in this invisibility dance (TOTM). He is very serious so I have to be as well, but inside I was excited to learn my new dance. He starts off showing me how to feel the energy in my hands and we go close together and far away with our hands, after doing this three times I could see the light ball between me. This ball is now in me and I can create it, now we start to move fluid like I did with the earth ball only this time I feel I am not picking up on it like I did before, he said stop thinking about it and just do it, I have it inside me. Sure enough I was then doing this dance with him and he said that this dance will allow the energy ball to hide me and make me invisible. It is the basics. I assume I must be invisible so can't wait to give it a try, I was so excited to get back to trying it I woke up, but I will be trying that out .

2. I am back on earth and walking around my block when this old bald guy is cutting the grass. He really doesn't look human but I want to play rock paper scissors so I asked him and he stares at me. I mean really stares as me as if I am bothering him, then his eyes turn bright red. I flew away real fast. Then I see my dog out of my backyard floating down the street. I woke up.
