Cities in the Astral

This started as a DILD. I was leaving my grandma's house and did my finger tap RC. I could not actually feel a hard surface when I tapped the door frame and became lucid. I tried to shift into the astral city from my own LD and it worked well and right away! YAY! Now, can I avoid getting in trouble and can I communicate?
I was on a road somewhere on the outskirts. the terrain was dry and untended, much like hills in my home state. Of course I fill in the visuals with what is familiar to me. After walking a ways two dog like creatures run up the road and bark at me. I can see two humanoid figures on the side off the road looking at me with cautious or suspicion. I put my hand out and the dog things stop and just stand their ground. OK, I get it private property. I do not want to cause trouble so I turn off the road away from where the people are.
Crap. I have walked right into what looks like someone's very nice house. I have accidently done this many times, as I clearly do not understand the boundaries or have the ability to see everything before I get to it. Now I am in someone's house and that is a great way to get in trouble. I see what looks like a front door, but decide I need to go back out the way I came in, and fast. I walk in that direction, but now seem stuck in the house. A older lady starts talking to me and I can understand her just fine. She encourages me to stop panicking and have a seat. She indicates a specific seat. I am suspicious. She seems insistent on me sitting in that exact spot. I mention that most people here try to chase me off, and also that I have been sedated by sitting in chairs before here, like some form of trap. I get down and inspect the seat. She says "Sure, I hid a needle in the seat to sedate you" I think it was sarcasm...
I found a door that had a window and it lead out side. I asked her if she was delaying me because she had called others to come help her with this freak in her house. She said 'yes'. I wish I could handle myself better when here, but I am desperately afraid of falling under the power of strange astral beings. I opened the door and tried to leave. Walls formed around me, but I sensed it was just illusion. I broke through the wall and was outside.
I was in an area that looked like a space between farm buildings. I tried to fly, but as always the gravity here is too strong. I gave up after a few attempts. I realized small electronic looking things were stuck onto me. I remembered the last time I was here someone had place one on me. At that time I thought they may be ID or have something to do communication. I saw the lady had followed me. I was now truly getting paranoid. Why do I need to become panicky and irrational when ever I am alone on the astral??? I tore one of the things off and throw it onto a roof.
She asked me what I was doing that for. I told her I was pretty sure the local security was able to track me with them (I was angry at that.) She calmly asked me "what is wrong with that?" I stopped a realized that was a good point. I am lucky the deity who made this city allows me to come at all, and my track record for not freaking out is very poor. Perhaps ripping off the ID/ tracker/ com device (What ever thingy) will just make me look more like a criminal or freak.
I asked her about them and she showed me that they could float and open and worked somewhat like an antenna. At this point two authority type were walking up and I became irrationally frightened about being over powered, so I shifted back out of the astral.
Yes, I acted a bit stupid, and trespassed on accident,,, but I reached the city on my own, did not act violent or dangerous, and easily communicated with the lady. I also got some small insight into the thing the man clipped onto me last time. Not bad at all!
