Cities in the Astral

This one is worth adding to my DJ. This is another class session with my DG "The Diplomat", and was another out of phase semi disembodied lecture with constant oppertunities to test my skill. HHe really uses few words to teach so again I can not really understand or teach what he showed me. In the past I had been completely blocked by basic energy barriers used to create sections in the big astral city, and by the external walls of any of these city areas. I have kind of figured out a means of lining up my energy to slide between sheets of energy and could slowly force my way through. However, he spent most of the the night teaching and driling me on a way to alter my vibratory energy to match the vibration of the barrier and easily move through it.
