Cities in the Astral

I find myself swimming underwater and see a light as if it is the surface. I swim to it and crawl out. I have basically fallen into a house through a sliding glass door. I look back and the doorway is covered with water as if I am looking out a porthole. I see someone swimming out there and also see a very huge shark like thing following him. He looks as if he can not find the opening. I reach in and pull him out. We are both in the room now. I look back into the water. Strange creatures, all very ugly and terrible have gathered and are starring back at me. This reminds me of a time when astral entities showed me a boundary to a dark world of ghost like beings.
