08-05-14 This is just a short DILD. The task was to have a DC tell you a word in another language and what it means. My mother siad "BIORK" as in she wants to go to the Biork. I asked her what Biork was and she showed me a big card with the word spelled out on it. I was suprised that it was easy to read and stable.
I asked her to be more clear, and a image of her going to a place flashed. Ok, so Biork is a place, but what kind of place?
A place to get food.
A market?
No, it is behind the market. You sit down and eat prepared food.
So Biork means restraunt?
No, specifically it is behind the market.
Wait, is Biork the name of a restraunt you like? That would be a proper noun. I do not think that counts.
It is not the name of a restraunt. An image flashes, this time of my mom going into a grocery market and up to a counter in the market to get food.
Oh! So Biork = a place in the back of a food market where you can sit and eat prepared food. Much like a deli counter you can eat at.
