Dream Fragment - an ex
Seem to remember being in a tent or something, a girl I knew in high school that I hooked up with once was there. Her bf was around and I remember thinking that I would have to reject her or something?

Dream 1 - Landslide
I'm at my parents house (I think this scene is coming up more because I'll be heading home in a month), and I get the feeling the house is unstable. I was looking at the house and the wooden support beams seemed so weak, I thought of how we would need to add more support to counter the chances of it sliding downhill. Then something crazy happens, it's like the dream doesn't even know what it wants to do. The house apparently undergoes a landslide, but it's more like the lawn has been ripped up in a strip parallel to the house. The apple trees are on this strip of lawn too. Me and my dad immediately jump into action, we absolutely have to push this strip of land back uphill. He's on the far left and I'm on the far right. We lift it up and push as hard as we can, this thing realistically must weigh more than a couple elephants. So strong O_O. It's weird because when I look over to my dads side we've reached the top of the slope around the middle of the lawn, but the apple tree is still where it originally was on the lawn. We have to push the apple tree on the lawn strip over the apple tree on the lawn itself... We have two apple trees in RL but this still doesn't make sense. My dad shouts to roll the lawn over the top of the tree. It's an epic struggle but we succeed. My mum is apparently stressed out and having a glass of wine inside the house to calm down . We have such rotten luck apparently (in RL my parents got charge some several thousand for some screw up with a company that wasn't their fault) and my dad says that we must be cursed. When he says this I think of Japanese customs and how in our western culture we don't pay respect to house gods. The dream scene changes, now there is a little house god (I seem to be thinking of it as a little childs ghost) next to me who I interact with, I seem to be inside too. The place doesn't look like my parents house and has a nice wooden floor. There is another child ghost that intrudes into the house gods territory which it isn't supposed to do. This ghost has black hair.

Dream 2 - Horrible Scream
Argh... This dream I woke up from with this horrible scream echoing in my head. I was at the mall in Auckland and my daughter and dad were with me. I was looking after my daughter for the day but anytime that she got upset she would let out the most annoying cry, it was more like the most frustrating alarm clock sound. It was a shrill pulse-cry that wasn't even slightly like how a child should cry. Anyways... We were around the entrance to the mall after having been driven there by my dad. My daughter was upset because she wanted to be with her mum. I remember feeling the sudden gaze of the people around being drawn to the public display of my crying child, I've mostly grown to ignore this kind of judgement in RL. I comfort my daughter and let her know she's okay, she still cries a little bit though. I see a baby walking past behind her, it stops, looks in our direction and its face starts contorting into a crying face. My god, what the hell? I absolutely can't let my daughter see this as I think it will make things worse. My mum (my daughters grandmother) shows up and my daughter calls her "Kora" which is supposed to be her mums name with a weird accent. I don't click to the fact that she called her by the wrong name. My mum seems to be able to calm her down a bit. This dream was somehow nice but stressful ^_^

Dream fragment - Skydiving
I remember jumping off from something in the sky (probably a plane but I don't know). It was so high up, when I jumped there was a plane in the air somewhere below me so I swooped down near it. I wasn't the only one jumping either, and it was more like I was flying than actually falling. I remember circling around the cockpit and looking inside, the pilots were stunned to see me. I then let myself fly near the wing, the suction from the turbine seemed to be pulling me in but I managed to push myself away from it with willpower. I think I skydived about 3 times?

Dream - Pool Party
I wake up in a building, it seems like some sort of residential hall or lodging. The floor is wooden and I think I was sleeping on it in a sleeping bag. I remember seeing my friend John, the time was about 8-9 so he decided to go ahead of me and head to class at uni because we didn't have karate practice today. Karate? I seem to have signed up for the karate club and now I know it's also supposed to be the first day of school. I look around and pack my bag, but I notice the instructor for the karate club actually getting ready for something so I realize there is club activities today.. And for some reason in the area that I originally woke up in? I walk over and stand on the yoga mat. Putting down my stuff and trying to shift my sleeping bag, bowl and 2 spoons out of the way for some space (apparently I had breakfast unknowingly). We start with some aerobics stuff which really disappoints me, I was really looking forward to sparring because in the dream I seem to be a skilled fighter . Some music turns on and the karate teacher starts moving around doing some dance that we all follow, I try to keep up but I have no clue what to do and end up doing everything slightly behind everyone else. I'm not wearing any shoes or socks and I feel like there's crumbs all over the damn ground too. I try to kick it away while dancing and end up shifting it onto another persons mat by accident. The dance thing kind of ends and some kind of poncy pool party happens. Yes, there is now a pool in my room O_O. We get complimentary omurice-pancakes, which are actually just normal pancakes that are really bland. I recognize some of the people as having similar faces to some old friends in high school, the girls are quite pretty and seem to have a really upper-class vibe. Most of them are in bikinis and board shorts. There's a lady from the karate club going around and offering these incredible looking melted chocolate balls. They look so good but you have to pay for them. I realize that there's no point wasting money on them so I just ignore them. I spot one of the characters from the Home and Away TV show cast (just googled it, his name is Luke Mitchell or 'Romeo Smith' on the show). He's encouraging people to dance to the music but I pat him on the back and politely excuse myself, I have to get to class. My class starts at 10 and it's nearly 9. I can't quite recall if it was part of this dream but I remember driving/being driven down a road in my home town (it felt like it happened earlier but the dream logic would mean it happened last?).

Nearly finished the SSILD cycles properly but I didn't quite get it down. I reckon eating a banana actually does help. I went to bed super fast for once and slept like a brick. I went to bed at 10:20 and woke up at 10:40 the next day

Dream 1 - End of the World
It's pretty much global warming induced world demise. I'm somehow related to an organization that is making super-massive ships to cruise around on as the sea-level continues to rise. Not everyone is on-board with the idea but the first ship is really successful. By the time we've made 3 (after a couple years I think) we get the support of the world. We make 1 more before it's too late I think. Obviously a lot of people weren't able to get on the boats and the similarity in my head is close to the anime 'Suisei no Gargantia', and the people on the ships are the 'superior' humans while the others will have to survive some other way. The dream has a tangent and kind of begins the more internal affairs of the ships. There's testing going on in some laboratories to help evolve humans to cope with the changing world. Failed products are ejected in pods. One such failure was an 'alien' like creature from the movie (Aliens Vs. Predators). They somehow invaded some of the ships and evolved, massacring so many people. I think I run around for a while in a mock-chase as if testing what it would be like. But I have some level of dream control and my mind rejects the idea of the invasion and prevents the dream turning into a nightmare. Now I seem to be the only one left on the ship and I'm in a section where the area is identical to my parents living room (lounge). The aliens can't get me for unknown reasons (because my brain doesn't want them to ). My cats are here, Holly and Sooty (they both passed away last summer so it was really nice to see them again in a way). It's supposedly my first time sleeping alone on the ship, I sit in the centre of the lounge near where my cat Holly is lying down and start cuddling up to her. She gets up and then sits down and starts purring and cuddling up to me too . Sooty is somewhat in the background (she's not a very affectionate cat).

Dream 2 - Attack of the Hobo
I'm at my parents house in the family room, I don't recall what I was doing prior to this incident but there's someone else in the dream who I was interacting with. It's night time and I'm inside, I glance outside and look down from the deck. I spot a hobo. He seems somewhat familiar and I instantly decide to confront him to shoo him from our property. I step outside and start going down the steps, I yell out "Oi what f*ck are you doing?!". He gets all startled and grabs a 2-handed pickax that I had left lying on the ground and hurls it towards me! It spins through the air but is too far to the left and misses. Crazy bastard. He seems to have escaped too. I run down the steps and clean up the mess a bit and put away the tools from gardening (there were weeds attached to everything which took a while to shake off). I put the garden gear to the side as a preventative against garden-gear-hurling-hobos

Dream 3 - Party in the Hood
I'm in a pretty rundown neighbourhood. Mikayla doesn't have many friends, so I decide to befriend her and help her fit in with the crowd I hand with. I think I'm now at her house? There's a table with lots of grandmas at it, all just sitting round talking. They pry into our relationship and ask if I'm her boyfriend, for some reason I can't deny it because we had gone on a date but we weren't interested in having a relationship like that. The main reason we had gone on a date wasn't out of interest or something, but honestly the dream logic was just weird O_O. I drop my phone and it goes under the table, the grannies all try to get their legs in my way in order to get me to tough them which I manage to avoid (phew). The dream scene changes and now we're having a party with my black friends whom are siblings, there aren't many people here though. In fact, it's pretty much just family members on the sidelines while the the siblings (a fat older brother and skinny younger sister) are dancing in the middle of the room. The vibe of the party is still good though . Next the dream scene changes again and we're on the bleachers in a gym. My parents are sitting behind me, Mikayla is somewhere to the right, and the siblings are also somewhere nearby. There are other seats set up too which are mostly filled, some music comes on and these two black siblings (one was a guy that was quite bulky and the other was a slim slightly younger girl) started dancing in sync. I whisper over to my sibling friends that they're being challenged. He and his sister get up and go down there and talk to the guy, shakes hands with him and says something along the lines of having a dance-off. He does it in a really friendly manner too. The other guy responds by pulling him close during the handshake and whispering in his ear, I can see from my friends expression that he had been insulted. They start dancing off, everyone is in sync and my friends seem to be doing a bit better. I'm pretty amazed by it all because it's all so cool-looking, I'm surprised that they even know the dance moves that they're all supposed to do because the song was randomly chosen.

Dream 4 - My Professor is a Fossil
I've signed up for an optional field trip given by my professors that is open for the public and not actually uni-related. My professor Ewan is directing it and he looks super old. I'm surprised he can even walk. At my uni he's a renowned fossil expert so I think it's funny how he's almost like a fossil himself (he looks a lot younger in real life). I'm trying to listen to him explain whats going to happen but I can't quite hear because my parents are yapping away next to me about getting home on time to watch some TV show called 'Boss' or something. I notice that Ewan said something and some of the people around had stood up. My dad then shouts "My son is too! Stand up son!". Oh my f*cking god on cue, everyone just looks at me and I have this intense embarrassment and annoyance because he was the reason I couldn't hear and then he does this... The pain.

I tried a new dream journal app on my phone and it turns out that it's a bastard because it only stores one dream entry per day. So I lost my other dreams and can't recall them either. I tried to SSILD last night but it was pretty ineffective as I just couldn't focus through the cycles, was still way too fatigued.

Dream - Girlfriend and daughter
I seem to be in my flat (this is pretty rare, I don't usually have dreams about my flat) and in my bed, just lying down with my laptop out messaging my girlfriend on skype. We send pictures and are just chilling out. She tells me that I should probably break up with her because another guy groped her against her will. I'm pretty shocked, but I tell her that I want to punch that guy and I wouldn't break up with her over that since she stopped him. The situation was that actually she had a sticker on her ass and she asked her friend to help get it off (it was a girl), and then the guy kind of swooped in on the situation. I told her not to let it happen again because it makes me worry when I'm so far away (we study at different universities). I also realize that as I typed it out to her, I actually sent it through text instead of skype. I had been a little disoriented by the whole 'break up with me' message I guess . I return to the skype conversation and see she has replied to my message, I tell her that I goofed up and sent the message before through text (not that it mattered). We continue talking I think, but I also think I start looking at old photos and videos of her. There were random pictures of her in a bikini, another where she had a real hairy stomach (this one I tried to ignore lol ). There were even some where she was posing on the bed . A video also started playing, it was one where I think I was videoing Arya playing with her mum and grandparents. They all charged at Arya and made a sort of dog pile and Arya loved it, she was giggling lots. Then I flick to another video where we're on a beach, my girlfriend looked really pretty. It seemed to be a grey day, and the wind was blowing a bit hard. We were climbing along the wave-cut platform of rocks, the video seemed to follow her (non-existent-in-real-life) cousin, I think she was 10ish?

Dream 1 - High School
The scene I'm in is pretty much my old high school, except the indoors area probably near the deans + principals offices. This area is a little nicer in my opinion because there's a little garden enclosure, it's small but it has a large tree in the centre. Most of what I remember is more fragmented, there's a couple of us who were betrayed. There was group that was after us and they split to get us. One group had a monkey in it. I recall that the school caught on fire, the monkey was smart and ran away to the school pool and jumped in so it wouldn't get burned. There was also a point in the dream where there was a car with 2 people walking past and the car caught on fire for some reason.

Dream 2 - School Bus
There's a bus from school, I imagine we're headed home. I have to sit at the very front on the right, on the crappy isle seat >_<. The guy to my right is called Simon Pegg (the actor) but it's not actually him. He instead resembles a guy I once knew in primary + intermediate school whom I had never actually properly talked to. I think my old friend Isaac gets on the bus too, I remember looking at him and our eyes met. We knew that we knew each other, but we had a falling out and he decided to ignore me. At some point on the bus I head him make a comment on how I shouldn't be talked to. What a dick. We get off the bus, though I have the feeling we're meant to be picking someone up and then leave again. We all kind of just chill out, some people go off to get food. I head to a nacho restaurant with some friends to get a bite to eat. A friend of mine is eating the leftovers from other peoples' meals. There is a lot plates that must have had portions too big for the customer so they left some of them uneaten. The waitress cleaning up says something about us having to pay rather than eat for free. I help myself to a big cornship with salsa goodness covering it. De-lish! I think Isaac is around again and this time it seems like he wants to make up (we made up in RL 'kind of'...) which was pretty lame.

Dream 1 - cute girl
It's either me or this other girl in the dream who are weak. The girl is great at manipulating men, she sells her looks so well to get what she wants. I see an online panel and there's a dialogue playing about me or something? It almost feels like we're creating the comment section for this website and that we're reading the opinions of multiple people. I remember there being something mentioned about how the girl manipulates men, and she gets compared to Miley Cyrus. Miley is apparently really good at manipulating people too by saying cute things. The girl says things like "Hey, I'll see you later *winks with one eye and pokes her tongue out*" but Miley Cyrus is apparently even more pro at it... I feel like this dream makes no sense.

Dream 2 - Wood lodge field trip
I'm in a wood lodging hut with a group of other students, the place is quite large and can accommodate lots of people. It seems pretty rustic but really cool. I decide I want to go shower, I step outside and walk down a path to a large plastic circular watering tank. This tank was apparently the shower.. It has a door on the side, the scenery around the lodging appears to be forest and it's night time so it has a sort of sinister appeal. I open the door and head inside, taking my time to shower in the incredibly spacious area. The sinister forest makes me momentarily paranoid as I think "What if there's a serial killer around?!?!", I peer out of a window and spot someone walking up a pathway towards the hut. I know it's a student though and the thought of a serial killer disappears. I decide to stop fooling around and finish showering. I wrap my clothes around my waist and put my towel over my shoulder (it should be the other way around O_O). The person walking up is a cute girl and I want to look good or something -.-... Anyways, so I step outside of the shower all casual-like and walk towards the hut across the stony pebble pathway. I glance around at the girl and see her walk and turn right, into the shower I had just stepped out of. I pretend to have just noticed her, she smiles and waves. "Hi" she says in a sort of fluttery voice (she looks like this brown haired girl who kind gives off the impression that she's a bit stuck up). I politely say "Hey" back to her then turn away all 'casually' and cool. I walk inside the building and end up in a hall, but I'm still outside on the pebbles (this shouldn't make sense as it doesn't make sense ). I feel so lame after that encounter. Pushing it from my mind I realize I'm faced with a problem, how the hell did I get outside? There's so many doors along the corridor, I head right instead of left (which I believe is where the door I came from is). I'm still half-naked and I have a towel wrapped around my waist and and a towel on my shoulder now. Another girl I encounter tells me that the towel I'm using is probably the lodges, I realize that she was telling me that as a hint that I should go put it back - but she did it so as to force me to take off the towel in front of her and expose myself
"I know" I say, and just continue walking past her.
I come to the conclusion that there's an entrance ahead of me I can use to go inside that will loop around and allow me to get back to my room. I finally make it inside and am on the right track. I pass by a room of students, there's a girl I recognize who is in a relationship with a guy from my class. She seems to be cuddling up with a different guy though which seemed weird. I head back to my room and see the guy who she was meant to be in a relationship with. I jump onto my bed which is right next to his, I tell him that I think his girl is cheating and I don't really know what the circumstances are but that I hope things are okay with them.

Dream 3 - Primary school playground
I'm at my old primary school on the lower playgrounds with my daughter. I think we see some puppies come along and I show them to my daughter, she loves them! Then some cute lambs run up and we pet them too. A woman then comes along, following her is a plethora of various animals. They come out from the bushes she seemed to have emerged from, me and my daughter follow her closely with intrigued. I spot some lions a little further behind us among the other animals which gives me a bit of a shock. I tell her about it and she says "Yes there are lions, they are animals too", she is really composed and sort of mystical. I see another little girl quite a bit older than my daughter (maybe 7?). I jokingly ask her if she is an animal, she replies seriously "Yes, I am. And I'm tall". Me and my daughter think this is all a bit weird. Where are they going? They are walking out of the playground and into the bottom carpark of the school. To my left where there is the typical New Zealand green bush there is instead a more red fog covering the area. It slopes downhill steeply, and there are a few large trees that spike up through the red haze adding to the mystical scene which seems to be popping up. Okay stop, this is weird. I think to myself it has to be dream (becoming lucid at this point) and look at my hands, making sure to properly confirm it. I start a reality check by pulling my finger back which absolutely freaked me out because I felt like I tore something in my finger and that I should do it anymore. I also seem to be spinning around at this point. I then push a finger into the palm of my right hand and it is strangely elastic. "Hmm so it is a dream" I think to myself, I stop spinning around now as I bring my attention back to what's going on around me. Shit, it's all fading away... I wake up

Went to bed at maybe 12:15, then fiddled around trying to find an alarm app for DEILD until I found a pretty decent one that you could change the length of the alarm and set it to turn off by itself. Then I proceeded to lie in bed waiting for sleepdom for roughly 3 hours. I fell asleep somewhere between 3-4 and woke up at 6:50ish. I then couldn't get back to sleep until 8ish and woke up at 9:10 I think. I had planned to get up earlier so I could actually fix my sleeping issue, since waking up earlier helps me sleep. I was too tired to wake up any earlier and my friend came over knocking his fist on my door so I couldn't go back to sleep anyways . My insomnia might be getting worse because of the approaching summer and intense heat we've had lately, along with the shorter nights (sun sets earlier and rises earlier).

Dream - Spec ops
I seem to be hopping from train to train at different points in the dream. Towards the end I was on a train with another guy, the trains weren't even really trains now that I think about it. It looked like a bullet train that was squashed dorso-ventrally, there were two seats which you had to lie down on your stomach to be in. I think I was some kind of spec ops unit operating on infiltrating something. The guy next to me was the actual driver of the train and he got a call from his boss and they said some name for the location which I forgot... Started with a 'P' and 'ong' in the name. I try to explain to the other that we're in a predicament, I show him there electronic dog tags that have the name on it and a little bit of history. They're some kind of organization that was going to kill us once they got the delivery to leave no witnesses. We arrive at the location (I think we went through some sort of train tunnel), which is in a desert looking area. We go 'inside' the train, and sit in the cockpit seats, it looks exactly likely the inside of a safari kind of jeep. In fact, it's almost like the whole vehicle turned into a safari jeep. I tell the other guy to leave the talking to me and step outside to talk to the an approaching man. He's wearing military gear with a rifle strapped around his shoulder. I try to act natural because I'm not actually supposed to be here. I kind of wake up after this in a haze and start becoming more conscious of the dream floating around in my head, thinking of different strategies to deal with the situation until I realize that I'm awake.

Dream 1 - Spoilt rich girl
I'm more of a side character in this dream, where I'm trying to get the assistance of this rich girl but I didn't succeed. The task was something along the lines of cooking for her in order to make her accept you. So a group of my friends who were a team of girls that specialized in cooking decided to do it. The rich girl kept requesting these insanely extravagant meals which pissed off the girl team who demanded that she understands that while she's eating giant chocolate marshmallow fish, there are people out there starving.

Dream 2 - Chased by a dragon
I'm in my parents house in the downstairs basement. It seems a bit different, there are three rooms and I'm in the middle room which connects to the other two by a door on either side of the room. I'm trying to plug in a charger to charge my iPhone which is proving extremely tedious. I've connected a whole bunch of extension cables and adapters and climbed to the top of a tall book shelf in the corner of the room in order to plug it in to the wall socket (which is above the shelf for some reason). The charger cord is about 2 metres long and looks really mismatched due to the extension cables. I remember that this also used to be my older brothers stuff. To the left a door opens from the first room and a powerful orange dragon appears (orange is apparently a high rank in this dream - btw the dragons are pretty stupid looking and they stand at human height with short stubby wings). It walks in and causes a ruckus, knocking out the charger from the wall socket which took so much effort to plug in . I killed the douche dragon and absorbed him, gaining his strength. I start climbing up the shelf and plug in the charger once more... Another orange dragon then walks into the room but I decide to hide my presence. It continues to walk across the room and opens the door on the other side leading to the 3rd room. *phew* I'm safe, I thought to myself. Now another dragon walks in from the 1st room, this time it was a brown dragon which is extremely weak. I jump down from the shelf and kill it quickly. I then grab its body and take it with me into the 3rd room and hurl the body at the orange dragon. I don't know why I did this but it got pissed off at me and started chasing me around the room. I dodge around it and have a distinct feeling that I can't beat it. I run into the next room and shut the door behind me, then hide behind the door when the dragon opens it. It wanders into the room and I leap out and run back into the room I just came from. It sees me just as I duck into the room and grabs me but I manage to shake it off and shut the door in its face . This kind of thing continues for a while in a panicky-state until I wake up.

Dream 1 - Hydro park
I remember being in a car park earlier on but now I'm at a hydro park with water slides and stuff. I feel a little too old for it and there are other kids running around. I seem to be with someone, maybe a girl? Can't recall. I'm getting hunted down by some tough people, but they're unaware that I've 'awakened' (wtf does that even mean?).

Dream 2 - Zombie apocalypse
I'm at my parents house and there's been a zombie apocalypse. I seem to be behind the couch in the living room which honestly just resembles a WW2 trench. I'm fishing for some gear to protect myself with. I search around and find a nice helmet, but I end up confronted by a zombie which appears on wooden plank platform bridged between the top of the couch and window sill. I hack at it with *something*, not sure what, but it decapitates it. The head rolls down into the ditch where I am and soaks the helmet I had found in brown blood. With disgust I refuse to even touch it again, getting a bit antsy about the risk of infection even though I feel I could just wash it. The brown mud also seems to just coat other stuff, it's really disgusting.

Dream 3 - Smithy
I recall a girl smith who makes me a weapon, but she keeps pulling all-nighters in the smithy to forge it... I feel flattered but concerned.
Note: this dream probably came as a result of a story I was reading the other day.

Dream 4 - Castle
There is a castle/school for certain children. Me and a girl I'm friend with have to go into it as students because of some incident we were involved in, although I get the feeling they were using me to persuade her to join. We are both pretty young for some reason, felt like it was a prologue story. Also it seems like we were in 'season 2' of something, like a TV series. For some reason the girls here get 'infected' and become pregnant, and the school tries to harvest them and ostracize the student. It's hard to explain, but if you're found out to be pregnant then the other students see you as someone they have to offer up, no one believes you if you tell them anything. My friend gets pregnant and everything thinks I'm the father, but we haven't done anything. I start analyzing the situation, "why are boys at this school?", "why would they say she's pregnant?". We get accused and ostracized, we try to run away... Dashing into the castle I see an elevator on the other side of the room, the other students are trying to chase us now. I pull my friend along with me and inside the elevator and start mashing the 'close door' button. It doesn't seem to be going fast enough and I'm panicking. In front of me I see a blonde blue eyed girl (who I recognize as an old friend called Beth in real life) walking towards us. The dream gets a little unstable and chaotic, one second they're able to stop us closing the doors and then they're not... Confusing. Then I wake up.

Dream 5 - Beach restaurant
Me and some friends are at a restaurant by an intertidal mudflat beach. We seem to be celebrating something.. I peer outside and spot a whole bunch of my old friends from high school. They're just walking along the beach casually on a hangout. I shout out "Hello!" and get their attention and they come over. I shake hands with an old friend called Rory but at the time I seriously couldn't remember his name (I only remembered once I had woken up). I kind of beat around the bush saying "Hey, 'you'!", it seemed alright though as we both kind of just laughed about my ignorance. Smooth. Our groups kind of merge and everyone just randomly converses with each other even though most of them have probably never met before. I spot my best friend Daniel, he came out of the group I had been in the restaurant with.

Dream - Riding a lawnmower
This dream was pretty cool, I seemed to be sitting on top of a push motor-lawnmower that's being pulled along the road by a car that my dad is driving. In my head I was thinking it was similar to how you sit on a skateboard and just roll downhill or something. The road I'm on looks to similar to an area where I lived a few years ago. The road is long and straight at this point and it starts sloping uphill. We pass by 2 high school kids who must have just finished for the year, they were wearing red + white letterman jackets. Further up the road we passes by 4 skateboarders who also must have just finished from a different school. They were wearing purple + black letterman jackets. After passing them my dad slowed down a bit, there seemed to be a red helicopter landing on the road with a red car next to it. Things got a little chaotic, as we pass them I turn to look ahead at the car my dad is in, except now it's a helicopter too and he's flying higher and higher. He can't pull me along any further as there are trees obstructing his path ahead. He circles back behind and lands, kind of dragging me along with him. Next time I look at him, he's driving a car again... I don't know what happened but I wake up after this.

Worst sleep last night, insomnia kicked in so I'm feeling pretty ragged today. Surprised I even recalled a dream

Dream - Hero kind of dream
I seem to have entered a warehouse in the dark of the night. The place had some lighting from the moonlight outside. It was quite open and spacious with a ground floor and upper floor (not separated by a floor, more like iron bridges and railings). I felt like I was a batman-esque type character who had infiltrated the place to fight evil. There were 2 other characters there, one was sort of like the joker, his style was to plant fireworks as bombs in order to kill you. I don't remember much about the other person, only that I think it was a girl that resembled Catwoman. I run up the stairs as I enter the warehouse, I think I even spar with the joker a bit. He's laid down some traps at the top of the staircase which explode mercilessly. I survive pretty easily, almost like nothing even happened...
The jokers weakness was that he couldn't do long drawn-out battles or close-combat effectively. So as soon as I cleared his fireworks and moved towards him I immediately had the upper hand. He was low on fireworks and started panicking. For some reason I think the warehouse was starting to collapse and we all had to make our escapes, I jumped back down to the ground floor and turned left to a tunnel underneath the staircase. I think I just remember running down the tunnel and then waking up.

Dream 1 - Moonwell of Love
It's almost like a game, I'm a character who seems to be stronger than everyone else. Everyone else is kind of a newbie. There's a girl who I'm with (although it's a 'game', it seems it's more like a real world with levels?) who I race to reach a moonwell. There are two moonwells, they resemble the moonwells you see in Warcraft. I reach one first, so she has to go to a different one. The water in it is blue and glows slightly, I wade into its shallow depths and feel my power being replenished... My mana is recovering, which I seem to have used earlier on in the dream. Almost like an announcement, something occurs saying that I've reached the stage 1 of the love blessing. The requirements were that you have to love someone truly and unconditionally. There are 6 stages and when you reach the end you attain special powers. Because everyone else is new I thought I was the first to discover this power, but I was apparently wrong. A man approaches and he is buff as, he apparently has the blessing of love and kind of seems like an enemy.

Dream 2 - Seeing old friends
I'm wandering down a hallway at school (so many school dreams O_O) and see a class with its door open. I peer in an see Hanno, and old friend . I strike up conversation, surprised that he recognized me after not seeing each other for so long. Some other friends show up and gradually I feel myself being pushed out of the conversation. I decide to leave to go to form class (a class just before period 1 begins to check attendance). As I wander out of the door I see Aditya, an old friend who shared the same form class, except he's HUGE now. He's really tall, and his body looks badly proportioned too. Like his legs were way too long compared to his upper body. We talk a bit and another friend shows up, this is around the point the dream ends.

Dream fragment - There's a school trip on today, it's occurring at my university Marine Science class where we have a trip to go skiing (not related to the class itself for some reason). But I completely forgot we were going on a trip, I thought we just had to meet up and do some test and then go home... I ended up realizing I wasn't wearing warm enough clothing and that I had no gear, like towels and a toothbrush so there was no way I could go no the trip. I approached my teacher and asked if she could step to the side with me for a private conversation, where I admitted embarrassingly to her that I hadn't prepared for the trip .

Dream 3 - First day back at school (yet another school dream )
It's the first day of school and I think I'm unprepared because I haven't got the right clothing on (green shorts, a black shirt with a thin black hoody and a dressing gown over top). I seem to have headed out to the streets around the school (which resemble the residential area of my university) possibly to get food. I start heading back and arrive at school, but on my way back (I was running for some reason) and spotted a girl I knew called Mikayla. She was sitting on the deck of persons house chatting with her friends, I decided to ignore her because I didn't want to intrude. I continue running through the school, not sure where I'm going. I pass a girl who looks like Mikayla who was hanging with another girl I knew, Rhiannon. I pass them and stop, then spin on my heel and yell out "Hey, Mikayla! Is that you?".
"Yeh, hey" she replies. Kind of seemed hesitant which was pretty lousy -.- we were best friends lol
"Did you dye your hair?"
"Yeh I did haha" this time she seems more interested, and we talk a bit more. But then for some reason we all like... Fell over? And they bumped their heads on a wooden seat and nearly knocked themselves out. I propped them both up against a wall sitting down to help them out. A teacher then shows up and WOW she was a bitch. She started accusing me of assaulting the girls! Couldn't believe it, I used my syllogism to figure that she had been told to be strict with students because it's the first day at school. She had a whole bunch of students with us now and we were all in trouble for some dumb reason. The bell went and I wanted to go to my 3rd period English class so I could get my bag which I had apparently left at the field camp in the previous dream fragment. We weren't allowed to leave though, because we were supposed to be getting on a bus to go to detention or something... She (the old bat of a teacher) ordered us all onto the bus, but for some reason I had the feeling she forgot about me and I realized I could just... Walk away . So I did.
I headed off to my English class, and a long the way I spotted my old friend Oliver from school. I had thought he had also been on the detention bus though. He told me that when we got onto the bus he went to the rear exit and hopped off without the teacher noticing haha. Sly dog. We ended up talking and just catching up with each.

Dream 1 - Killer
It seems to be night time in an urban area with large business buildings towering around. I think I killed a couple people on the streets, I have no memory as to why but I think I was doing to serve justice. Things get a little panicky, I mean... I apparently just killed someone. So naturally I seem to try run away, I run into one of the business buildings and take an elevator. I feel like someone is chasing me. I make it back out on to the streets somehow and catch my breath a bit.

Dream 2 - How long does it take to make a hot chocolate
I'm at a school or something, I can remember vaguely the layout of everything but it's impossible to describe. I'm hanging out with a couple guys and girls. I remember making a hot chocolate, I had the powder in it and poured hot water in and stirred... Then I drank it and felt powder. Looking down I realized I hadn't managed to get all the powder to dissolve. So I tried adding more water.This went on for an outrageous amount of time. Doing stuff like reheating water... I think one of the guys was dressed wrong, he was actually a girl in disguise which she kept a secret. We were handing out fliers and this song was playing.. For some reason it's a 'Fun Girls Power' theme song playing in the background O_O my god it was quirky. Also entirely original . While the song was playing a montage started happening which was completely irrelevant, there was a picture of a girl with silver hair which was another friend of ours too. The montage seemed to resemble school life if I think about.

Dream 1 - Long hair
So I had a dream where I saw my reflection and I had some kickass hairstyle. I felt like a damn lion. My fringe was kind of short and spiked up at the front, the rest of my hair was long and straight but kind of flowed into spikes too. The appearance itself looked electric. I can't remember clearly but I think my hair was white too. I wandered around for a while thinking how badass I looked, catching snippets of looks into reflections from car windows and stuff. But I had yet to properly look into a mirror, and when I did... Man I was shocked O_O. Like my hairline had receded and it looked all weird, then I woke up... What a bad end to such a cool hair style :/

I remember racing cars and stuff.. Super vague.

Notes: I've been reading A LOT lately, hours and hours and hours I've spent reading until late every night just completely immersed. That's why my dream recall has been so shoddy, as I've had a bad sleep cycle. I'm also quite indolent :/.

I've been reading a lot of manga, I've never ready any before so I ended up spending something like 20 hours during the weekend just reading. Completely sucked me in >_<
My dreams last night were kind of a reflection of this, the events in the book were happening in front of me, I don't think I was really in the story, probably just reading it O_O.

Edit: found that I wrote down some notes on my dream last night and I just found them. I was being driven by my friend near my old intermediate school, I had an exam that started in 4 minutes and there were lots of police cars on the road.

My recall has been abominable lately, completely lost my ability to recall any dreams. I wake up and try to cement the dream to memory before going back to sleep. The next time I wake up I have no memory of the dream :/ don't know why it's changed suddenly.
