Definitely, if you understand the process and why it should work your subconscious will give it more credit and doubt it less.

That doesnt mean that if somebody else concentrates on the seed the scenery will change the same way as yours. Its not a technique, its more of a method to convice yourself that you are teleporting.

Yes, and no. There are some universal laws to dream control, that I don't understand, especially dream physics.

Here are some examples:

Most popular RC's: 1) Look at your hands, 2) Nose-Pinch 3) Attempt dream control

For some reason spinning in place helps a lot of people teleport, but not all. Why? Why does it even work at all?

I have an idea, but nothing too solid. It has something to do with the laws of dream physics.

Yeah, I'd also like to hear. It does make sense to me I guess that there may be laws of physics. Although much progress on the study of dreaming has been made, it is still a generally unexplored world to the majority of people. In my opinion, our actual knowledge and understanding of the concept is probably extremely limited.

There are definitely laws. Another I can think of is that emotion in dreams will always be magnified.

Hey Loaf, I just thought I would stop by with my results.
It didn't work out for me, but I think it was going in the right direction.
The ground below my hands began to go blurry, and it was spinning.
I was basically interrupted by an odd male voice behind me, and it caused me to break my focus.
The technique was going along pretty well, and I believe that it will work for me in the future.
Now I am not the best with dream control and such just yet, so someone with more experience may be able to do this the first time.
I'm looking forward to seeing more results and such being posted up and discussed!

Wouldn't it work with any object you can fit in your hand? I imagine it doesn't have to be a literal seed. Although maybe a seed works better because your mind knows that a seed can grow and become something else.

I tried this, and the seed tried to grow into me, so I threw it on the ground and ran away. (Didn't write it in my DJ.)

I have had problems with teleportation lately, so I'm going to try this out and see if it works!

I tried this in my last lucid dream. I pulled something out from my pocket, but it wasn't a seed. Then a ribbon slithered out of my hands and into the sky. I started to climb it and it might have taken me where I wanted to go, but the dream faded.

so how do you concentrate completely on the seed while also concentrating on the scene you want to form in front of you? or am I missing something, also for the opening door method, are you saying that it usually doesnt work because people focus on the scene behind the door rather than the actual door itself, just as they should be focusing on the seed itself?

Hi, i have been a little sick and Had a bout of insomnia last night but I eventually started feeling sleepy. For some reason I tried to leave my body and was successful, although I believe it was just a dream. So I pop out of my body and I,m stood in the dark bedroom, I then walk through the closed bedroom door into the bathroom and same again into the room. I took a huge run up and jumped out of our 3rd floor apartment window and landed on the grass. I had told myself I would try your technique if I became lucid so I reach into my pocket, nothing there, this kind of confirmed it was a dream also as I dont sleep in clothes. Anyway all the pockets are empty apart from the last one, it doesn't have a seed, more like pocket dust..eww..lol, so I place it on the ground and cup my hands over it, I just see loads of flashing coming from my hands. Nothing else happened but when I look up, I am totally in a different place. Cool experiment, I,ll def try again. LD has really come on leaps for me recently, do you have anything else to try? .. Thanks

I'm wondering if you were thinking too much about taking the seed out. Just do it naturally as a side thought, expect it to be there, and if its not pretend whatever is in your hand is the seed and it should transform. If not, still do what you did and attempt to grow it. If flashing is what you see, try to let the flashing expand and see where it takes you hehe.
