I was skeptical of it too, at first. |

When I first joined here, one of the first steps that I heard all around to improve my "recall" and "awareness" is create a dream journal, or a log of the dreams I have had. |

I was skeptical of it too, at first. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Have questions about lucid dreaming? DM me.
I have read some of them...alot are really weird. It seems if I have multiple dreams per night two of them are really short and REALLY weird and the other is a long dream that makes sense to an extent. |

Yeah, I think most people tend to be skeptical, when we try to push journal writing on them. Heh. It's for good reason, though! It really does work! |

Thanks for all of the positive feedback, its appreciated! |

If certianly works! When I first started a dream journal quite a few months ago, it worked the first day, for me. I was amazed because in the past, if I remembered one dream I'd be surprised and I'd always like to know what I dream about. (Before I even cared about lucid dreaming.) |
|
even if i dont go lucid recalling my dreams can still be a buzz |
|
Yup. They work pretty awesome. |
