It's called Romanesco, Schmaven! I think it comes from an interbreeding of cauliflower and broccoli - I did eat it - and I find it tastes much better, finer than the both of them. I can really recommend it, even if it's a bit more expensive, and not only because it is so beautiful! Edit: One could lucid dream of being a very small entity on such a Romanesco landscape!! Mind - blown.
