Preview of one of the tracks off the demo I'm working on. Sorry about the A/V sync problem. Had to use the old desktop for this one. The audio's straight, though! |

Here's another one. Played around with the effects a bit, to try to hide the lag/latency editing. It's still in there a bit, but not nearly as much. Enjoy. |

It really is a shame, how little traffic this thread gets. |

Try to imagine a life without timekeeping. You probably can’t. You know the month, the year, the day of the week; you have a schedule, a calendar... Yet all around you, timekeeping is ignored. Birds are not late. A dog does not check its watch. Deer do not fret over passing birthdays. Man alone measures time. Man alone chimes the hour. And, because of this, man alone suffers a paralyzing fear that no other creature endures.
A fear of time running out.
By the way, O, I recently got a Conrad electric. It's stylized like a Les Paul, very much like what you're playing in that last video. Do you know if that particular knock-off brand is okay... or just a piece of junk? |

I did some searching but haven't really been able to find too many helpful reviews. I've seen it noted that it isn't bad for a starter, but might take some upgrades to some of the components to really get some value out of it. Unfortunately, though, I'm not too familiar with it, myself. |

Greetings from lovely Virginia! Here I am practicing my favorite sport, disc golf. |

It's the most amazing thing. Yesterday it was hard, and today it is easy. Just a good night's sleep, and yesterday's mysteries are today's masteries.
Ah. Thanks anyways, O. |

Well, since you still have the guitar, I would say don't give up (but don't force yourself to play it, either). If nothing else, use it to compliment your singing. Learn a few chords that would serve as the rhythm for some of the songs you are singing. That way, you don't have to worry about doing anything too complicated, and you can still work on the singing as your main focus, while you build a bit of comfort with those cords. If hearing the chords on their own is a problem, then trying to play a song that you already know, like and are familiar with is definitely a good idea. But, of course, you'll have to stick with it... |
