I like both tea and coffee, but I drink very little tea and I drink a lot of coffee. |

Tea is extremely healthy to drink, along with the huge list of chemicals it contains which can potentially increase your lifespan and reduce the risk to almost everysingle disease. It is not wise to drink tea less than 3-4 hours before sleep if you plan on lucid dreaming. It contains l-theanin which helps bring you into a meditative but can make it harder to fall asleep, it also contains caffiene which stimulates the production of adrenaline in your brain which decreseases the quality of rem sleep. |

Do you drink tea for the uniqueness of flavour? I don't drink either often, unless it's coffee for a social event or tea because I feel "Meh." My anatomy partner used to make this drink that is unbelievably healthy for you and tastes like tea. It was just water mixed with a type of vinegar, honey, sweetener, and many other.. interesting things. I'll try to find it if you guys would like. |

Earl Grey has a really nice flavour... though that's kind of only part of it. There is some kind of chemical effect that the hot liquid has on you; it's hard to describe. But cold tea doesn't do it, and neither does hot water. |

I like herbal teas most of all. Mint Tea, Chamomille (right now I have a Honey, vanilla, chamomille blend that is incredibly delicious.) |

Rawr!
As an irishman I am required to drink 4+ cups of tea a day. |

I drink a lot of tea, my favourite blends are lady grey and orange tea. Earl grey is nice, but can be a little too bitter for me. |

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had

I drink both as well, but I'm mainly a connoisseur of fine teas. I buy from the Lupicia Tea Store in my area (or online at lupicia.com) |

I love you. Lady Grey is my absolute favorite flavored black tea. |

I don't like coffee it's to bitter and gives way to much of a caffeine rush. |

Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake
I'd assume the health benefits would depend entirely on the type of tea. I agree there's a certain feeling to drinking tea that I get with all tea and not hot water or cold tea. But that's probably something psychological. |

I like to drink tea for enjoyment and during school. I drink coffee when I want to stay awake during a night, or when I feel like having an energetic rush! I like the taste of both. I drink my coffee black! |

I drink water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and soda, and alcohol for that matter. I don't drink tea for my health, I drink it when I'm out of soda lol. After drinking water all day I treat myself to one 12 ounce can of whatever soda i want with supper. I drink coffee to wake up in the morning, so i can be human, and do things like speak in my native language instead of grunt like homo erectus, listen coherently, and have some sort of recall of what is being said. For the rest of the day,til about 5 pm, I drink water - thinking it will help keep me stay healthy but after years of doing this and nothing age-related like heart disease, high blood pressure,or type 2 diabetes was prevented from me drinking water all day, I now do it just from habit. I drink a nice white russian at least twice a week at night before bed, if i could afford it, it would be nightly. Cheers. |

I recently decided to replace Pepsi with green tea after I realized I was drinking about 3/4 of a 2 liter bottle every day. I feel a lot better, I was surprised how good tea makes me feel. I'm already down to 1 glass of Pepsi every day, and starting January 1 I'll completely stop. I've also noticed that I haven't had a migraine since I started, but I don't know if it's the tea or because I stopped drinking Pepsi. |

I used to drink tea and watch funimation everyday, and it just gave me the greatest feeling ever, I was so relaxed and I just got so into the show, it's just an experience I can't even explain with words, something about watching an artistic show at the late hours of the day when the sun is fading, sipping on green tea that relaxes me even further. It's too bad funimation got cancelled, to have room for those FIOS trap channels where they try to trick you into buying a movie. |
