I drink water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and soda, and alcohol for that matter. I don't drink tea for my health, I drink it when I'm out of soda lol. After drinking water all day I treat myself to one 12 ounce can of whatever soda i want with supper. I drink coffee to wake up in the morning, so i can be human, and do things like speak in my native language instead of grunt like homo erectus, listen coherently, and have some sort of recall of what is being said. For the rest of the day,til about 5 pm, I drink water - thinking it will help keep me stay healthy but after years of doing this and nothing age-related like heart disease, high blood pressure,or type 2 diabetes was prevented from me drinking water all day, I now do it just from habit. I drink a nice white russian at least twice a week at night before bed, if i could afford it, it would be nightly. Cheers.
