How to stop lucid dreaming?

HI

i started to lucid dream for three weeks ago, this happens every night .. i dont even want to but how do i stop? i dont know the difference between real life and dreaming, sometimes i think im at school , the next second i wake up in my bed.

i do things and the next day its like nothing ever happend. i want to stop dreaming(!) like this ... please tell me how to stop this. it feels like im never atually asleep, only half asleep?

i dont want to ahave control over my dreams anymore.. and i feel its getttin worse
please link a tutorial how to stop

Not being able to separate reality from dreaming is exactly the sort of thing lucid dreaming can help you fix. If you establish early on that you're dreaming, that should mean vastly enhanced dream control, or at least the potential for dream control, and the certainty that what you're doing isn't based in reality. This sounds like an issue completely unrelated to lucid dreaming.

To lucid dream, you need to want to...
No motivation, no dream.
And the first step to stop dreaming(you will dream but won't remember them) is stoping thinking about it...

I think he/she doesn't actually have lucid dreams all the time. If he/she knew they were dreaming, they wouldn't be confusing reality and dreams, because they'd have to be aware they're dreaming and not awake.

If your problem is with incredibly vivid non-lucid dreams (vividity doesn't equal lucidity, just as lucidity doesn't equal vividity), then please post in the Help forum at the bottom of the main forum index.

If, by some odd chance, this is only to gain attention, you've got mine.

Hah! your lucky.
instead of complaining, why dont you check and see if you can fly, if you can, your dreaming and go ahead and enjoy your life. thats a skill i would love to have. but i have heard of cases of things like that too so it might be real. my dads gf has a similar problem, only she has nightmares and she cant tell if they are real. meh.
