Hahaha that would be awsome if we could have a multiplayer game on dream views that is like a dream world where we can all interact with eachother and fly around or whatever.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

I'm lovin this idea, maybe you could encode at random times for each player's dream to start shifting into a nightmare, and a dialogue of your thoughts come up, asking what you want to do, either change it(i.e. dream place), stay with it, or maybe something else. I think the more realistically dreamlike the better(even if not exactly graphically realistic), maybe incorporate random shifts of were you are, I notice in my dreams the places were I am at tend to shift, and I've read of other people experiencing this, definitely have dream signs though! Awesome idea man! Oh another thing, maybe at random times also we could "lose lucidity" and it goes in basically video mode, and we have to roam around with our mouse and click on something that is a clear a dream sign(i.e someone flying, melting picture, whatever^^) in order to go back into controlling it good luck with the game, I'd be happy to test it check for bugs, and help in any way I can!

There are places in Second Life that are pretty dream-like.

I'm thinking that... if it were ever made into a mass multi-player game... would be somewhat redundant to its initial purpose, because everyone would be playing and interacting on the game instead of sharing dreams and interacting with DC's (methinks. I simply happen to know what a short-attention span can do, especially around video games)

Hmm I use game maker though i still suck at it. But I would love to see this game. I would like to see a beach as well as some cliffs.

Oh and also the ability to input coordinates to teleport to another area of the map. and maybe rooms that are only accessable through teleporting to them with proper coordinates.
I accept that my reality is always a dream so if something changes I know I'm right.

Alright guys... I had some problems over the weekend and I couldn't start on it. Luckily I have time this week and some tonight, check here for updates, I will eventually make a thread on the game itself and progress. Everyone's suggestions are great, and I can put most of them in the game. Also, it can be a single player and an MMORPG so there's no worries there if you want to play by yourself instead. The teleporting is fairly easy to make, and if anyone is familiar with Harry Potter's portkeys that they use (you touch an item and it teleports you somewhere) I can easily make those also.
      Are you dreaming?

Just curious, what type of software are you using?
Dreaming, I was only dreaming, of another place in time, where my family's from.
Singing, I can hear them singing, when the rain it washed away, all these scattered dreams.

I second this idea, that sounds really cool/ integrative

Yea, I could add a timer for a certain amount of not doing reality checks, and after a certain amount of time of not doing them it could make the graphics a lot more foggy and I could add some Dream Sign type things that you would have to complete to stay Lucid
