I've never noticed this prior to a few weeks ago for some reason, but you know how your pulse causes very slight movements throughout your body? It seems that my ears move a lot for some reason and it rubs up against my pillow, distracting me by causing me to focus on my waking body and not my dream body during DEILDs. The only solution I've found is to sleep looking straight up at the ceiling, or lay my head on my arms, similar to how somebody would while sleeping in class, but neither of these are comfortable for me.
Does anybody else suffer from this or know a solution/have any suggestions? Most of my LDs are from DIELDs so not being able to reliably do them has caused me to go a few weeks without any LDs. It may just be a dry spell, though an odd one, but any suggestions are welcome.
