Anyone tried changing their hand preference?

Has anyone tried, for example, if you're left handed, have you tried making yourself right handed in an LD? Or vice versa?
Or maybe tried becoming ambidextrous.

I've been thinking about trying this out.

As a kid, I learned to do almost everything right handed - but for some reason learned to write with my right and left - and with my left it was easier and neater so I stuck with it.

I still do everything but write with my right hand, I've thought about changing over before but I dont think it's worth the effort

But no. I'd rather learn to not use my hands in an LD.

A couple months ago I read an article about becoming ambidextrous (or close to it), and I figured I would start using my left hand for more basic tasks. I'm pretty bad at using it, though.

I read this as 'I'm getting pretty bad at using it, though' and i was like, well.. that doesn't make sense.

I've tried that too. Just coz I wanted to see if I could lol

What was the article? Like a study proving it can be done, or just like a journal of someone trying it or whatever?

I am ambidextrous, and I have no idea how it feels to be right handed or left handed. It would be interesting to try it out in a dream, though. Thanks for the idea

I switched when I was young, also. It was a pain to write with my left hand, so I switched to the right. I am convinced anyone can learn to favor either hand or switch. I've never understood the myth about it being intimately connected to the way your brain works.

Why would some use left and some right then? While others never "choose" a side?
