Do these occur after a lucid dream? It sounds like you are waking prematurely from your dreams. You are just dreaming about waking up. It could be all the time you are spending dwelling on yourself in bed. Whenever you practice MILD or WILD, or picture something to do with lucid dreaming, imagine yourself in the dream. Don't imagine your body in bed, sleeping, waking up, WILDing, ect. Imagine the end result. The dream itself.
