Thread: License to Kill DCs?

You can fool yourself in a LD. You can do whatever you believe you can do in a LD and some people would claim killing DC's is horrible since you're killing a part of yourself. I don't believe that. I think it's more of a question of morality. I wouldn't go around killing DC's just for the fun of it. Even dreams in which I decide to be evil and try out some powers I kinda feel bad afterwards. I've been a vampire a few times and it's pretty awesome though.

If you believe that a particular DC, say a friend you often meet in your LD's, will die and never come back in your dreams then there's a chance he/she might not. Most likely however they'll turn up sooner or later. It's all about what you believe

Anythings possible, and like matte said, if you believe they will come back they should

Why would you treat a dc well? I know that ran over alot DC's with my car in a lucid, a few months ago

I say it's up to you. It's not harming anyone, and I guess it's a good way to get out aggression and experiment with different sides to yourself. Whenever I've killed someone in a dream (usually it's just self defence) I wake up feeling kinda shocked, but that's just me.

They are figments of your imagination. No big deal.

I'm probably going to be doing a lot of fighting in my lucid dreams, not neccisarily down right murder, but I think that DCs are just projections in a dream, they come and go, maybe I will be more careful when fighting though. I've been guilty of massmurder in oblivion and I felt pretty bad in the three times I did it, no matter how fun it was xD

From my experiences i would kill/defend myself when i feel i have to in a dream when DCs are in evil mode. It's normal to defend, but killing for fun i don't think i ever did it in a dream just for the thrill. I just do my right morals in dreams, just like in real life. I don't know how to answer this question because i never do this. But only putting my 2 cents in.

I don't see anything wrong with killing DCs, not only are they figments of your imagination but you know that so it's not like you think that you actually killing people. It seems just like killing somebody in COD or going on a star run in GTA.

I was stabbed by someone in a non lucid dream (With sunglasses, don't ask), I grabed the arm he did it with and and launched a kick towards his ribs, I woke up right then. I do belive the sunglasses punctured my skin, anyone else have something similiar where you distrust a DC and it attacks you?

Even you massacre a whole City,pshhh!----- who cares.....you'll be the President of Hell by your Dream by then.. LOL

This sounds more like teenage fantasy than lucid dreaming.

Yeah, but its the same thing as looking around a corner and expecting ponies, if I never even looked at that person, I don't think I'd have even woke up :3 But sunglasses, really?
