By the time I see the dream, I'm almost always too far gone to wake up from it. Just trust yourself, keep your excitement down (you can celebrate when you wake up, heh).

This "I'm am there " is just my technique, maybe you find your own. I just tried it once, after few unseccessfull attempts, because I didn't understand how to enter the dream, when I have read in guides "and now just enter the dream". I just floated above the dreams a few time and then I woke up, not knowing how to do that last step.

So it may take you a few tries, but that's a learning process, not a failure.

And yes, SP stands for sleep paralysys. I just found this link, feel free to check it out.
But when I said SP, I ment the vibrations and sensation of falling through mattress, flying through space at incredible speed and other crazy stuff. So please disregard me calling all this SP.
