All i can say is you have to ride out the vibrations, sometimes it can be really intense but stay focused you will get it eventually. One thing I recommend is visualizing your room while you have your eyes closed during sleep paralysis, it's a lot easier to construct than a memory, because you are there every night, start by imaging whats on your ceiling (where the light is etc.) Then the wall at the end of your bed, then the ones to the left and right of you, picture it all and once you add enough details you will "snap" into the dreamworld, That's how i do it anyway, Good Luck |
