Hi,
I've been trying to WILD for almost a month now almost every day I practice sleep paralysis during a nap or WBTB. The only progress I made was that I felt the heavy blanket people talk about being laid on me but it stopped at the top of my legs and that was it.
I usually lay perfectly still for about 2 hours or so before I give up because nothing happened.
The thing I realized is that during my attempts when I'm about to nap I often get these moments where I fall asleep for a minute or so then wake back up and keep trying to but the same thing happens. When I attempt sleep paralysis in WBTB nothing happens I just lay there for about 2 hours
So I've been wondering is this something not all people can do? If not am I doing something wrong? I'd appreciate any kind of reply.
