Never.
I only could a few times.
I can WILD sometimes.
About every other time.
I can WILD on most attempts.
I can WILD on every single attempt.
How often can you induce a wake-induced lucid dream? |

Check it out!
If I wake up at a good time and really attempt a WILD, it will usually work out most of the time. Sometimes I don't really even try though, and it just happens from being aware while falling back asleep after I wake up. |

WBTB completely sober, 1 in 3 attempts. |

I don't really monitor my success rate, but I average about 3-4 WILDs a month with 3-4 DILDs. |

What is nREM? |
|
I would guess that nREM means non-rapid eye movement (sleep) |
|
Sleep is broken in 5 states based on brain wave activity. REM was given a special name, but all the others are nREM. They just give them a number, nREM1, nREM2, and so on. It does stand for non-REM. |

Some of you may have had LDs in which it was very dark, and maybe you had trouble getting normal dream things take place. You became lucid, but your vision sucked and nothing happened. Say, you became lucid and got frustrated that something was going wrong. Those LDs are in nREM, and it takes practice to convert them into awesome experiences. The trick really is just to not worry about the visuals, and just start doing things, like flying. The graphics will improve if you just start doing things. |
