Basically, you are like a little mouse that comes out in the open. You have to be aware of everything that surrounds you if you don't want to become someones dinner.
So i guess i am doing the right thing, i stop what i am doing and analyze what is around me.
i guess it's just a question of habit now

I also sporadically do ADA, and if not anything else if makes me feel great during the day and I am sure it trains my dreaming attention too.

To conclude, I think you should keep up with your ADA technique, it may take some time to sink in, but will certainly help you in the future. Sweet dreams!

I perform RCs while i am not lucid, and if i see something weird, like 7 fingers
in each hand, i keep dreaming like it was something normal lol.
