So, I've been joined to DV for 4 1/2 years and you'd think I would have figured this out by now...

This is really bothering me and I just want to know what technique I am using, WILD or MILD
Basically, I set my alarm for 3 or 5am and right when I wake up I immediately go back to sleep unless I have a dream to write down. When I go back to sleep, I repeat to myself, "I'm in a lucid dream. I'm in a lucid dream..." until I fall back asleep and hopefully end up lucid.

I thought the repeating thing might be considered a MILD technique, but isn't the waking up a WILD technique? Am I using both?

I suppose the name doesn't really matter since I'm just doing what works for me, but I am still curious.
