      first lucid!!

      Hi all I'm pretty excited after a week of practice I got my first lucid. Heres how I did it: I have been practicing ada for 3 days, the first two I just practiced 30 minutes to an hour in the morning than did it in like 1 min incriment s. Then yesterday I did it for a long time in the morning than did 5 to 10 min incriments through the day. Than before bed last night I used the mantra "I will wake up after each dream stay still and remember the dream." I woke up at about 216 remembering a normal dream. Than at like 3 with two dreams and did a wbtb where I got up then meditated then used the same mantra. Then at 6 I woke up remembering my lucid dream. In the dream I couldn't fly or even jump higher but I rc'd successfully then did the door trick. I then had an fa and went lucid again! I'm really excited sorry for long post!

      Well done! Flying sometimes takes practise. Make a note to become particularly calm and aware, then just try to jump off with one foot and fly. You'll have no problem

      I have had a few dreams where I could not fly. But I now wonder if I just leveled my body out (leaned if I would. The times I could fly I never gave it a thought and just did it.
