We all know that feeling, when halfway through your day, something feels wrong... it's not the flying cows nor the fact that Sauron wants to kill you, it's just... things are a little blurry and your body feels a little numb, so you focus on it and suddenly it feels warm and you can feel everything, but it's still a little numb, almost like... it's not real! |

It's hard to explain for me, it's not any specific feeling, just that something doesn't really "fit right." It can be logical and realistic as all can be, but there's that lingering thought in the back of my head that somewhere in the puzzle there's a piece that just doesn't fit. There's something wrong here, not to mention that this kind of feeling is a little familiar, it's the kind of thing that even with no sort of physical feeling or way of seeing things you still look around and you just sort of go, |

It does sometimes. But rarely for me because my lucid dreams (not sure if its the same for you) have like black fuzzy stuff at the sides. |

Lucid dreams make your dreams come true!!
IRL I pay a lot of attention (awareness) to the sensations of my body in general. It is routine for me to focus on an overall sensory scan. I sometimes feel very good when I do this, perhaps too good, even like chemicals are flooding my bloodstream causing a tingle and a body high. I then stop and think, "damn, that feels freaking nice, wheeee! I must be asleep and full of sleep neurotransmitters. Well, can I take my feet off the ground? Yep, look at that, I am standing 6 " above the floor.." |

I never really had that feeling that I was in a dream except for when I'm in a nightmare. If I'm in a nightmare I can feel everything kind of moving in a way except nothing is moving, I just feel it's presence moving. That's honestly the best way I could describe it =) |
|
Haha, I also recognize this. |
