      Back on the track

      Hi,

as some of you might noticed, I took 4 months break from LDing and wbtbing (I know it's shame) but I think I needed it, because of my tiredness, lots of traveling, and study.

I would like to declare that I'm back on the track from this night.

My current dream recall is 0-1/night and my ld rate is 1/month. It's funny that if you don't work hard every night and day, all seems lost, but I hope it will be quick to get back on.

I've got some pretty experiments in store I'm looking forward to!

I'm going to share my path getting back with you if you want

Welcome back to the race, buddy!!

I did the same thing last week, lol. Got back to LDing after a month or 2 break. I too was rendered with terrible recall and lucidity, but during this week I've regained so much recall, like 2-3 dreams per night (I used to have 4-5 dreams per night, which I believe i will reach after a week or 2). I haven't had a comeback lucid yet, but once I get better recall and get back into the vibes and moods of dreams, I'll get my MILD working properly and have LDs often again! Mind you I've decided to just DJ in the morning,do a few RCs when I doubt if it's a dream, and wbtb+mild. I'm not going hardcore training anymore. It just burns me out and frustrates me. I'm just doing LDing casually each night and enjoying whatever I get, knowing that it'll get even better and better. (although i will always try to give it my all in Sensei's comps)

So yeah, i can see a great comeback for you! But take it easy. Taking it easy was the best decision I have ever taken regarding LDing. Just like in a marathon, the light sprinter always finishes the race.

There are a lot of "I" up there sorry

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

So first night of intended dream recall - 2 dreams, 1 fragment and long wbtb. Not bad
