      The swallowing problem

Hey guys, I'm new here and I've been trying wild and canwild for a while, and the only hindrance for me is the swallowing reflex. I've read this at a lot of places, but there's no clear answer. I hope to get the one and only answer here. Please help me get lucid 😫

By the looks of it, your worry about said swallowing reflex is the true hindrance. I'd advise not to get too hung up on what's ultimately a minor detail. Do whatever feels natural to you.

So I can just ignore it and swallow normally, and it wouldn't even affect my attempt ???
      Thanks a lot

I second what RelicWraith said. Swallowing shouldn't stop you achieving a WILD but if you give it your attention it will. I think itís one of those annoying myths going around on the forums and if you believe it it will stop your progress. You need to forget about it and not give it your attention. Just remember itís not something to worry about and shouldnít affect your attempt.
