Oh, to remain on topic I think the best thing in lucid dreams is how it can help you in real life situations, I am trying to use it more to stop my social anxiety and it's working, even if it doesn't it can work as a placebo.
I also like to look at it that way. Either way you win, because even if it doesn't actually work then you still get the placebo. This is somewhat off-topic (and sorry if it's kind of a personal question), but how are you specifically using lucid dreams to help with your social anxiety? I've thought about using them for that same purpose.
