      When I read the name of this post I thought you were going to be talking about losing your mind. I'm glad that isn't the case, although that could be kinda fun I guess.

      Don't stress out too much. Don't panic! Sometimes it helps to take a break from even trying for a few days or a week. If you are getting too upset or worked up that you're unable to LD, don't sweat it. Just try normal dreaming for a few days, let your brain relax. If you're getting to anxious to LD it might be hindering you.

      I am glad I could turn your attention. It is all about the headline!
      It seems like I have rested enough, and if I rest a bit more I'm going to forget how to lucid dream - it seems like I'll have to start all over again, let's not even mention the fact that I am fully addicted to lucid dreams, It is like I have lost my comforting.
      But I guess you are right, I'll just have to learn to handle myself.

      Don't stress about it! One thing you may try is instead of asking yourself if you are dreaming, say throughout the day: I am dreaming.
