Then you've found the right place. One question, have yuo ever had a lucid experience before, or come close, that you can remember?

I also sleepwalk a lot - so if i can find a solution to this it would be great
I used to as a child, then I mostly grew out of it. I'll see if I can find some info on this site, or members who have had similar issues and resolved them.

I started this course cause i faild doing wilds (i bought 102 for people who know what it is) and i wasted to much time thinking about lucid dreaming so this course is great for me to limit the time i think of LD and hopefully will also have success
I have no idea what 102 is, a supplement of some kind? Well I'll be perfectly honest with you yuvyuv, this class is very much focused on daily awareness, and consciously incubating lucid dreams during the day, because we believe keeping lucid dreaming on the forefront of your mind is one of the best ways to achieve lucidity. If that's not the direction you're interested in, you can certainly stay on board for a while, and see if you're able to achieve any success in the Intro class. Otherwise, you might want to try one of the other classes which have different approaches that won't have you eating and breathing LDs all day.

What i do :

Dream journal
Reality check - 1 time a day - asking if i am dreaming now+thinking if its logical the scenario that i am in + pinching the nose

How much time should pass before moving to lesson 2 ?
Sounds like you're off to a great start. This class is user-paced, so you can move to the next lesson when you feel you've mastered the concepts in the previous one. Let me know if you have any other questions, be happy to help you along.
