Hey yuvyuv. Part of the purpose of the day journal is to help improve your memory, so I think it might be more helpful if you try it over the course of a week or two. Most methods take time to work. One of the mods, fOrceez, suggested to me that you should try a method for 3-4 weeks before giving up. Some people can notice instant results, but most people need to work a little harder at LDing in order to get results.

Soooooo your induction techniques are DILD and WILD currently, yes? Have you looked into MILD at all? Do you use any aids, such as WBTB or dietary changes? Have you noticed any dream signs? I try to remember to RC a lot when I encounter dream signs, in the hope that will carry over to my dreams.
