So what i do now is :

Dream journal and will start a waking life journal before sleep to help my recall - hope no one will read this cause im a bum -

is there a way to make the dream journal private ??

I also will do wild free falling cause mantras keep me awake - if it dosnt work at least it will help me sleep

i will do a RC whenever i eat until night 10 included - after that i can decide what new dream signals should i do a RC when i see them
