Hey, congratulations on your coming wedding, Jawad! It's great that your practice has done so well when you're no doubt distracted with lots of waking life duties.

You asked what went right for you here. If I had to guess, you probably felt less stressed about lucid dreaming once you allowed yourself not to get too bothered when you didn't have one. It's completely normal for lucid dream frequency to ebb and flow, and it's best not to get upset about this natural process. In addition, planning for a wedding probably led to more interesting day residue.

It could also be that hypnosis works exceptionally well for you! It's really cool that you had success with that. Did you put that on after WBTB?

So all in all, you kept up your WBTB (very important IMO), didn't stress yourself out by worrying so much when you didn't have an LD, and just generally grew more skilled as a lucid dreamer. All great stuff!

Congratulations on your success and coming nuptials... keep up the good work!
