I had two lucid dreams during one night. I'm starting to feel like I'm getting somewhere with this. ^^
One was really weird though:

SHEEP ON A DRUG TRIP
I was a sheep playing football with foxes. Something happened but I blacked out for a while. One of the sheep in our group after most of the foxes went away had a rage attack and accidently killed a fox. It was particularly bad because it was a fox trader. Someone that traded things with us, which benefited us greatly and It would have been a big scandal if foxes found out. We came back to our house with the corpse and we decided to eat him, but our house was observed by foxes. So we had to stay away from the windows. Then, suddenly I had really strange body sensations.
I realized a bit that I was dreaming, but I think this whole thing could have been like very advanced daydream and I was entering the dream now while being aware. I felt like I was inside a kaleidoscope and I lost a bit sense of self. I thought I was a light pattern. I arrived to some dream but my sense of my body was scarily weird so I panicked a bit and wanted to wake up. I woke up slowly and for a second I couldn’t move and I thought that maybe I’m in some sort of sleep paralysis or something and I knew that one needs to remain calm and just wait in such a situation so eventually I woke up. It could have been just a dream, though, I’m not sure. What was weird was that I remember being awake and checking the hour before all this happened and after it happened. And it all lasted 10 minutes and I thought it would have been much longer. It was an early state of sleep after one micro awakening.
But I feel quiet proud of how I handled the other:

WHERE IS MY CAT? GOD DAMN IT!
I had a couple of fake awakenings where I wanted to wake up and wanted to write my dream on my laptop, but my laptop would keep looking like an older model or had some strange viruses.
At some point I got lucid but I kept having those fake awakings and I thought okay just let me wake up and I was trying to open my eyes but I would end up just again in my dreams. Man, sometimes those fake awakening looked so real and I was so sure that I’m going to write down my dream this time. Eventually, I gave up and thought I guess I will have myself a dream. I remembered that I wanted to ask some dream character, “where is my cat”. I saw like a little death demon that was really scary, but I thought why not. He didn’t have a mouth and his face was in constant flux changing and blue. There was something similar to a TV in his face. He was hovering above the ground. I was a bit acting as if he was an actual normal human being and we were having normal human conversation and that he is not a blood thirsty nightmare demon that probably have chased me more than once during my dreams. It was getting progressively harder as he was chanting demonic verses and breathing hard in this devilish way. I asked him about the cat and he said something demonic and pointed at some direction. It was kind of scary talking to him and I was thinking that this is going to change into nightmare very soon, but I tried to keep calm. I went to the direction he pointed. There was another little death demon. I thought “Oh, no, not again”. I asked him where is my cat. He was saying demonic things and it was getting scary, but then I heard him say, “Tomorrow.”. Then he pointed into a TV and I went into it. There was this high brow party with a lot of people in suits or evening dresses and some of the female waiters were topless. I had two guns in my hands and started shooting. Some armed people appeared and they started to shoot at me but I shoot back at them. When I killed all of them I shoot into the ceiling and screamed, “Where is my cat? God damn it!”
I'm updating my counter of LD's here on DreamViews as I LD. So, I already had 8 Lucid Dreams since joining.
I think the second one was a stable dream, but still not worry-free. So I didn't accomplish my goal in the workbook.
I did ask a dream character, "where is my cat?" and it felt good to have accomplished something that I set out to do before.
I'm not sure what else I could do that would be easy enough. I might try to befriend any random dream character I find. I will just try to be nice to him or her and then ask about the cat.
I'm on my 29th entry into the journal and going steadily at least one dream a day for 10 days already.
Spoiler for My Current Workbook:
Reality Checks:
- Every time I open my laptop I do the nose plug.
Dream Signs:
- A person of authority requesting me to do something absurd/being really wrong. Usually a teacher.
Short-Term Goals:
- To have a stable worry-free lucid dream.
- Get 56 entries in DreamViews dream journal. ( 29 / 56 ) - Ask a dream character, "Where is my cat?"
- Befriend a dream character and ask him or her nicely, "Where is my cat?"
Long-Term Goals:
- To remember at least one dream every night and write it down no matter what.
- To try to somehow connect dreaming with some creative activity. For example, composing a song based on my dream experience or writing a short story in similar fashion.
- To create a persistent realm.
Current Technique:
- Occasionally something like WBTB.
- Dream Journal.
- Being Aware.
